"Don't let Nick scare you away..."
Other than the initial scare of them possibly not even knowing what service you came in for then it is very hard to find much fault in the level of service provided by Running Motors. They do what they say they will do and make sure the customer is aware of anything else that might be of concern before they leave. They are also very convenient to where I live, so it is nice to find someone competent only a few minutes' drive away.

When we quote a job we quote how much parts and labor cost, tax and shop supplies are not included in the quote. That is why there was a $100 discreptency in your bill. As a sign of good faith and because we feel that it was a bad on our part we would like to offer you a free oil change on your Crown Victoria! Thanks again.

"A little hard to find but worth the effort"
In spite of making me initially concerned that they were not completely aware of the services that I had come in for, my service was completed quickly and completely and they went out of their way to point out any additional issues in need of attention. Would come back again.
