"Needed service on a Saturday w/o an appointment"
I was hoping to at least get my vehicle scheduled for service on Monday when I called the shop Saturday at 8:30 am. I was pleased to learn that not only were they open (most were closed - which always baffles me why shops close on the day when most customers are off work), but that they could get the part and repair the same day! We were traveling from out of state and was glad to have called Savage Auto. By 10:45 am our truck was fixed and we were on our way to our daughter's volleyball game - even arriving on time!
