Same day or nightly drop off service
I have been bringing my vehicles here for the last seven or eight years and they always do a great job. When my starter or alternator went out I had my car towed there, dropped the keys in the nightly drop. Got my car back the next day running great. Very friendly and efficient auto shop. Fair price, and good mechanics.

Carol said they did new struts in front of the vehicle after hearing a knocking noise. They then said she needed a control arm on but it didn't stop the knocking sound, so they replaced the struts. She said she paid $300 for a control arm that wasn't needed. They also didn't do an alignment like they usually do after replacing the strut.. Carol stated she feels that they owe her $300 and an alignment.

We replaced your struts which resolved your noise complaint.  We recommended replacement of the control arm because the bushing was torn.  You decided to have the control arm replaced at another shop.  If you are unhappy with the out come of their repair, you will need to contact them.

Good place to deal with
The managed to track down what was wrong with my car and the bill was somewhat less that what some of the costs were that I saw on the internet. They were pleasant to deal with and kept me informed about the process of finding the problem and the process of getting the parts so they could fix the problem. I'm sure they will get more business from me in the future.

Safer now
Sci-Tech is AAA rated and as a AAA member, I get occasional offers for free safety inspections. Twice Sci-Tech has discovered potentially dangerous conditions in my 25-year-old car that otherwise I would not have known about. I feel much safer driving knowing we have been pro-active in caring for my vehicle.
