"Trustworthy"
After the death of my trusted mechanic, I needed to find a place to service my 1994 Infiniti J30. I have always tried to take very good care of my older car. I found Sci-Tech on the internet and wanted to give them a try based on the great ratings they had. They were persistent in trying to find out why my car was losing power as I was driving. They were able to find the problem, fix it and send me on my way. I have since had my car serviced when my driver's side door was stuck. I know I will be using their services in the future and I am glad I have found a trustworthy auto service.

"Always great customer service!!"
Sci-Tech has always given me great customer service when I bring my vehicles to their shop. This most recent experience was no different. I had been noticing a burning smell coming from my engine and what appeared to be oil spots in my driveway and garage. I suspected that I had an oil leak. As usual, when experiencing any issues with my vehicles, I took it to Sci-Tech to get a diagnostics on the oil leak. Within a few hours of bringing it in, I received a call and a text message. During the call, I was given a thorough analysis of what was causing the oil leak as well as other repairs that needed to be done to the vehicle. The text message had a link that took me to a webpage that also described in detail repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle, including actual pictures of the damage and the parts that needed to be repaired, as well as color coding and verbiage to show what were the most urgent repairs that needed to be done and what were the least important. Although I ultimately didn’t get the repairs done at their shop (only because I couldn’t afford their estimated cost for the repairs), their highly professional and thorough diagnostic analysis helped me to know exactly what needed to be fixed and what had been causing the issue.
