Spoke with Luis. He said when he went in to have repairs done the staff informed him that they no longer carried the two year guarantee he had been looking for , it was only one year now. He felt that the one year plan provided less security and comfort.

Paul said this business was extraordinary. They blew him out of the water with their professionalism and customer service. He pulled up to get gas and asked if they could look at his broken window to confirm the clamp was just disconnected. The technician looked at his vehicle and told him the likelihood of the clamp being disconnected was a zero. The technician listened to what the window was doing and diagnosed the issue as the wire on the spool needed to be replaced. He asked when the earliest they could do the work was and they told him immediately. They told him they had already ordered the part and it would arrive in 5 minutes. They said they would have it finished in 2 hours. He was able to talk to the lead mechanic and he knew his vehicle was in hands he could trust on blind faith. They called him in 1 hour and 26 minutes saying his vehicle was ready. He had to get a ride to pick up his vehicle and they told him there was no hurry. The service came in under the initial quote. He liked the immediate service he received. He stated he felt he could trust them not to shanghai his vehicle and come back to him with a marketing pitch of more repairs needing to be done to his vehicle. He will be moving but will definitely make the drive to go back to them for any and all of the maintenance he needs on his vehicle. He is a disabled veteran and they were warm and inviting to him and his service dog. He trusted them implicitly and he knows they had his interests in mind as they repaired his vehicle. They did not use him as a cash cow. He has gone through a couple different facilities in a year and has been frustrated with the service. He would like them to keep it up since it was refreshing to have such professionalism in a mechanic facility. They were a beacon to the community. They were trustworthy.

Every one is always very helpful
I was able to get my car fixed. Greg did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired for my Chrysler 300.
Other family members also have used this gas station & shop and have been satisfied.

Not Impressed
I took my car to the garage for replacement of struts, stabilizer bars, oil change and new headlights. Made an appointment for Sat. to have the work done. My car was at the garage from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. I picked up the car and assumed all the work was completed. After getting home, I realized the headlights were not replaced. Took car back to the garage and spoke with Gregg, mgr. re: headlights. Gregg requested that I leave the car and job would be completed. I was upset since they had the car all day on Sat. and did not complete the job. I left the car at the garage for the afternoon. Upon pick up of my car, Gregg informed me the oil change was not done on the Sat. they had my car but the oil change was completed the 2nd time. In summary, visit #1 - new struts and stablizer bars, Visit #2- oil change, new headlights. This should have all been done on the Sat. that I left them my car.
