Prime example would be over $130 for 2 gallons of coolant I can buy for $50-$60. This is just one example of many.
This last repair I reasonably spoke with Neil S. the Shop Manager and wasn't willing to come down on parts to a reasonable price. I told him this would affect my decision to further do business with the company and he was content with it.
Currently paying over $1,200 for fix in question, while understanding I have a $4000 quoted job on vehicle coming up in near future. Unfortunately I will not be spending a dime of it at this establishment. Sucks because I did at one point have satisfaction taking my car here for big and small maintenance.
