Rick said they do great work overall and are trustworthy. However, the last time he was in they did not communicate with him that his tires were low and there was a problem with the tire stem. He felt that they should have told him about this when they were working on the vehicle.

Our deepest appologies that you had a concern with a tire stem on your vehicle and we did not notice it. Your vehicle was serviced for "Check Engine Light" diagnosis and repair. During an 'Express Lube Service" we will check and adjust tire pressures however during any other services we perform,  tire pressures MAY NOT always be checked. That is however unless there is an indication of a concern which may or may not be limited to the following driver complaints. Complaints  such as  the driver is correcting pressures regularly, vehicle pulling left or right etc. We normally should be checking tire pressures  if the "Tire Pressure Warning Light" is illuminated at the time of any service. So again our apologies that you had a concern and we will address your concern with our staff and work to see if there are any changes we can make in the future to avoid a similar concern with any of our clients vehicles.

Was having a problem with noise under the car. They could not find anything wrong. Husband had new shocks put in.
Could still hear noise, but, with the new shocks the car rides better. Will return if car still makes noise. Shane seems to run his business very good.

Usually does good work, and, it's convenient.
Usually does good work. However, this time my husband ask them to change the oil at the same time they fixed the ball bearings. He gave them the oil and filter they he always put in the car. When we pick up the car they were on the front sit. They did not use them. Also, the next day we realized the back floor was soaked with water. It appears on of the windows was left open and no one told us when we picked up the car. Not sure if my husband would use them again.
