Not the greatest. Took way too long.
Overall the repairs took much too long and exceeded the 30 day rental we were granted from insurance. This out a big stress on my family due to the fact we had 2 full time workers and a child in preschool.

Great service & customer service
Justine was extremely communicative with me throughout the process and always nice on the phone. Always willing to answer questions and if I called and she wasn’t in I would get a timely return call. The technicians also did a great job with the color match and repairs. I may have gotten lucky with parts availability but the repair was done in a timely manner without sacrificing quality of work!

Overall good experience
Did a great job repairing my Subaru, timely and looks brand new. Parking on site could be better but overall would definitely use them in the future.

Took 8 months for repair and did not do proper repair
5 months to get parts and then 3 more months to fix the car. No transparency on timelines to repair or status of car. Steve the director claimed that the CV joint axle part is not available in the whole of US. When I contacted their parts department regarding the part it showed that the part was lost on initial order and never reordered. I contacted Subaru customer care and expedited the part and it came in a week. Collission center did an improper repair and installed one of the springs on the front axle on wrong orientation leading to damage of abs sensor. There was an evident spring grinding noise while backing and it seems their post assembly check was not proper. The problem was identified at Kearny Mesa subaru service, fixed and billed to the collission center for faulty repair. Very difficult to get any updates from Justine. I did not expect this service from Subaru certified collission center.

Excellent mechanics and work on the vehicle
Although the process was long and tedious, my vehicle was repaired expertly and is performing at a higher level now than it ever has. Props to the mechanics who worked on the car. Engine quieter, AC quieter, handling tighter and smoother. And the car looks great. The process was a drag and I had to reach out often and consistently for updates, but ultimately my vehicle is better than ever.

This center is very difficult when it comes to time lines for repair. I had to have forced communication with Justine and Stephen to get any real updates on the car repair. They did not give a clear picture of what was happening with the repair process. It took 7 months for repair.

Great Service
I asked a friend for a suggestion on my car repair since I know he's pretty critical. So glad I asked him. Very pleased with the finished product, quickness of the repair and communication throughout the process.
