Wow how sad.
The customer service at the Superior Hyundai, I guess maintenance building? Is for crap. You can’t park at the front door because all the employees are parked there. You can’t go through the front door with out a security scan and then they got to come to the door to let you in. I tried 4 times just to get an appt.? They were so hung up that I only put 5000 miles on it in two years. They kept how I will void my tires for life program. Well when I bought this Tucson in 2019 I had a dealership and good people with customer services. Now you get inconvenience. Keep your tires I’ll go to Cooper.
