Good price, bad service
They have all the time in the world. The alignment on the car took longer than I am used to. Price was okay. For the van, they took 2 hours to then tell me that I need to have $2000 in repairs before they even consider an alignment. The estimates were horribly overpriced and incorrect. I have brand new rear struts, and they said that mine are old and had gone bad. The price for the front shocks is 3x of what I pay at my regular shop (unfortunately my regular shop does not perform alignments). This was the last time I was at TCR. It is just one more place in town trying to upsell services. I will also proceed and let Discount tire know about this.

Karoline we are very sorry for the experience you had with us however we want to make sure you are happy we would be more than willing to refund your money for the wheel alignment if that will help. We are a very busy facility and want our customers to have the best experience possible. As for you van it had 290 thousand miles on it and needed the parts that were recommended to you in order to guarantee our work and not chew thru new tires. You had the work completed that we asked by your own mechanic and we were then able to proceed with the wheel alignment.
