Took our Mercedes in for a oil leak. Was told by Patrick, Lead Service Advisor that it was ready. One day later the vehicle was "Miss Firing" and he said to bring it in. From Thursday to Monday they kept changing parts and unable to "find the problem". Picked our car up and paid over $700 with the same engine trouble. Took it to another dealership only to find out that some of the new parts we were charged for was not put on. I feel that we were charged for a MISTAKE that the mechanic made on our car and MISINFORMED by the SERVICE ADVISOR.
