Spoke with Rene. She said she was very disappointed because they left a tire in the bed and they did not give her a new gas cap. She had to drive out of town with the tire out and when the trip was over she returned and had them stow the tire beneath the vehicle where it belongs. She had them give her a new gas cap. The vehicle was four and a half weeks late, but she does not know why it was delayed. They kept pushing back the due date when her insurance called them. The vehicle was not clean because there was a tire in the back. They did not call her, but her insurance company kept on top of things. She has already told her friends that she would not recommend them. The guy who was in charge of her experience was transferred. She said she can see why and that moving him was beneficial to this business. She is getting a report ready for the Better Business Bureau.
