Dana said the work this business did was great. She telephoned them to find out how long it was going to take for the parts to come in for her vehicle. She spoke with a gentleman and he told her he would telephone her back. He never returned her telephone call. She had to telephone them back. She spoke with a young woman who told her they had not returned her call because they had not heard back from the insurance company. She would have appreciated if they would have had the courtesy to return her call. She had to be on top of them to get information from them. Their customer service was terrible. Her vehicle was returned 5 days later than promised. This was due to a parts delay. She was not satisfied with the personnel due to the reasons previously stated. She would not recommend them because there is another business that would have had both quality in their work and the customer service covered.

Spoke with Ryan. He said he has had far better experiences with other facilities as far as customer service, turnaround time, repair work done and communication. The front bumper was not aligned with the fenders and one of the wheels was damaged when the facility did repair work on it, chipping the paint. He will be taking his vehicle back to the facility to have these two issues addressed. They were also not very courteous about doing any extra work on his vehicle not related to the accident. He wasn't given a specific promise date or time for completion. He will not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

Kelsey said she is not satisfied with the bodywork or paintwork performed because there is paint dripping on her drivers' side door. Her vehicle was not repaired to her satisfaction by this business because there was a paint drip. She mentioned she will be calling this business to set up a time to bring her vehicle back in. She was told her vehicle would only be at this business for 2 days but it ended up taking an extra half of a business day, and she was not told why. She mentioned she was not satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel at this business because they did not call her to notify her when her vehicle would be done. She had to call them. She would not recommend this business due to the reason mentioned.

Spoke with Matthew. He said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work performed on his vehicle because they missed a broken tail light on his vehicle and they did not catch all the damage the during the first visit. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they did not show very much concern about the fact that they missed some spots while repairing the vehicle. For these reason he would not recommend this business nor does he plan on using them again in the future.

Karla said this was her second time at this business this year and the process went smoothly from the beginning to getting the vehicle back. She said they were efficient. Her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition only because she arrived there earlier to pick it up. They did offer to do a detail on the vehicle but it was her decision to leave because she had to pick up her son.

Stephen said he has had several vehicles repaired by the facility in the past so he had walked in to get an estimate on a repair. He was disappointed to learn that there is an appointment program and he would have to make a scheduled return appointment to have the estimate prepared. There was no promise time given for the vehicle to be completed in. His insurance carrier had called him and told him he would have to turn in his rental so he went to the facility to check on his vehicle. At that time he was told to keep the rental and they would pay for the overage. The facility delivered the vehicle to his home at 8:30 pm the same night.

Jeffrey said they told him they would call him on two separate occasions about the schedule of the repairs but they never called him. He stated he had to initiate the calls with the business and when they answered, they informed him he should have been contacted already. He said there is a problem with his vehicle that he is going to return to the business to address with them. He stated that the gate to the bed of his vehicle cannot independently hold itself up. He said everything was fine except for those previous stated issues.
