Dana said the work this business did was great. She telephoned them to find out how long it was going to take for the parts to come in for her vehicle. She spoke with a gentleman and he told her he would telephone her back. He never returned her telephone call. She had to telephone them back. She spoke with a young woman who told her they had not returned her call because they had not heard back from the insurance company. She would have appreciated if they would have had the courtesy to return her call. She had to be on top of them to get information from them. Their customer service was terrible. Her vehicle was returned 5 days later than promised. This was due to a parts delay. She was not satisfied with the personnel due to the reasons previously stated. She would not recommend them because there is another business that would have had both quality in their work and the customer service covered.

Kelsey said she is not satisfied with the bodywork or paintwork performed because there is paint dripping on her drivers' side door. Her vehicle was not repaired to her satisfaction by this business because there was a paint drip. She mentioned she will be calling this business to set up a time to bring her vehicle back in. She was told her vehicle would only be at this business for 2 days but it ended up taking an extra half of a business day, and she was not told why. She mentioned she was not satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel at this business because they did not call her to notify her when her vehicle would be done. She had to call them. She would not recommend this business due to the reason mentioned.

Heather said she was promised that her vehicle would be ready in two or three days. A week later, she had to call the business to see if the vehicle was repaired. She was given no explanation for the delay. She mentioned that she had to wait ten minutes before she was greeted.

Ann said the business did not hook up one of the headlights and it had to be returned for a second visit. The vehicle was late on the second visit by 2 days because of parts. The business did call to alert her to the delay. She might recommend this business but she was not happy that a small item like a bad headlight was not found in a quality check on the first visit.

Spoke with Matthew. He said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work performed on his vehicle because they missed a broken tail light on his vehicle and they did not catch all the damage the during the first visit. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they did not show very much concern about the fact that they missed some spots while repairing the vehicle. For these reason he would not recommend this business nor does he plan on using them again in the future.

Charmaine said that her vehicle was 7 to 10 days later than promised due to some part delays. At first they had ordered the wrong parts and they had forgotten to order one of the parts. The appearance of the office was nice but their bathrooms were pretty dirty. Other than these things everything else went fine.

Tracy said that she wasn't really promised a time of when the vehicle would be ready and they did have a little mix up. They called her after they did the first repair to tell her the vehicle was ready but then found that there was a second repair that needed to be done which confused the insurance company and now she is having to work with her insurance company to get them to cover the extra two days for her rental. She is unsure if the appearance of this business met her expectations because she never went inside.
