Oil change took 3 hours.
Felt No I know I was pushed back because I chose to take in my own oil & filter and pay the $10 dollar fee. I watched 3 people come in after me gor an oil change and leave before me. After 3 hours of waiting I asked how much longer and it took 20 more mins. Wow what a surprise!!!! I had never had a problem with any Tilden shop but this time was very disappointing. Will not recommend this location(Clifford & Las Vegas Trl. to anyone!!!
