As you're know, you came in for the alignment and new tires. When we did the alignment, we found a bent strut. Because of this, you decided not to replace the tires due to the expense of the strut. It actually worked out in your favor to have us had done the alignment first. Had we done the tires first, then performed the alignment and found this problem, we would have been in a situation where you couldn't return the tires and the expense to you would have been greater. I certainly empathize with the fact that you had an unforeseen repair need pop up, but please know that we definitely didn't put "the cart before the horse" on this one. We usually try to do alignments first so we can catch problems just like this and try to give our customers options on how to proceed. I hope you can understand.
