Great service again !
My car starting shaking on the way to work. When I called for a tow I knew I would have to send it to Brian at Tuffys. Well worth the extra tow money since Tuffys is the only shop I trust. The car was diagnosed and repaired by the end of business same day. I was called and advised thru the process.
I always recommend this shop for honest and efficient service.

Spoke with Henkin. He said it took a little longer than he expected, about 45 minutes. He had a flat tire and had it towed to the business. The man who towed it was extremely nice. It was great service, and a great team. They were done in a timely fashion, and got the job done well. He had no complaints.

Really strive to fix problems
They are first of all extremely polite. Explaining problems . They went above and beyond to locate a piece for my sons axel that was difficult to located causing axel problem.he is a new driver with an older truck. They checked it from top to bottom. Assured his safety by inspecting car and as a Mom I feel it’s in great shape. I will take it back for oil matinence. As a parent I feel relieved. Expenses we more than I expected but more things needed to be fixed like a frozen baring that gasket was not there.. boy the searched every where for these parts... And everything they fixed was needed and fair . I don’t feel I was over charged. They fixed the car as needed.and fixed as promised. Thanks for keeping his car safe!!!!

William said he had his vehicle towed and taken to the business to have the starter replaced. The staff replaced the starter and gave him a new key that didn't work. He was told they would need to reprogram the new key, that it would cost more to do that, and so he ended up having a generic key made. He stated they didn't inform him about how they would have to reprogram his key, or that they wouldn't be able to fix his vehicle within the same day that it was taken to the business. There was an issue when he received his vehicle back. There was some cosmetic damage done to the bumper and under tray. The damage wasn't there before his vehicle was taken to the business for repairs.
