I am really sorry for her dissapointment. Her vehicle came in unschduled and we were extremely busy. We got to her car as soon as we could. Regarding the oil cap. ALl we did was diagnose a battery,starting, charging and pull codes for check engine light issue and replace the battery. We did not do and oil and filter change so I was unaware of the oil cap. We did let her know she had a check engine light on and the car was running rough. Vanessa declined the repair needed to address that issue. We would be glad to replace the oil cap and address her driveablity issues as well.
