Barry is a dime a dozen!
Had a great experience getting my car fixed. Barry in the service department took care of me and made sure I had a rental car while my Ioniq was getting it's recall and engine service done. I'll definitely be coming back to Carson for all my services!

Poor communication
I have brought my car in 3x during the month and the service is poor. The repairs take extremely long and the reps do a poor job of communicating status of repairs. I had to chase and call for almost 2 weeks before my Case was closed

We understand your time is valuable and we must do a better job communicating to our customers. This is not an excuse, however it needs to be said- your service advisor who was helping you during your service visit was ill and missed several days of work. This caused poor communication on our behalf. For this I apologize. I am sorry. We appreciate your business and hope that you will continue to service vehicle with us. I assure you that we will do a better job in the future.

Love the service area here,very chill quiet place not much to do but they are nice enough to Uber you close by to hang out ,Great customer service just a tad understaffed but the employees are very nice and knowledgeable.

excellent service, very satisfied with the attention they gave me! the only thing that I do not agree is that I buy a maintenance service for 3 years and I can only use it at the carson location in los angeles and I live in van nuys ...! They are 50 miles away. far away .! I would like to take my hyundai to any dealership near my house
