Joanne is awesome in customer service
I had to wait 2.5 hours to have my repair done to the airbag harness clip(?). I didn't realize they were doing to again go over my car and list repairs I needed as I had just been in there a few weeks ago for another recall. The cap on the battery cable was left off when I got home and my husband looked my car over.
