Good service
It took about 1.5 hours for them to diagnose what I already told them was the issue. We left the car overnight and returned when the vehicle was ready. They washed the car inside and out. (Outside was expected, inside was a very nice surprise). The A/C compressor they replaced seems to work with no issues. Just glad it was under warranty.

I took my 2004 Elantra in for a recall and overall it was great. The staff was very friendly, it took exactly as long as they had estimated and it was walking distance to the mall. However, they only had one driver who was busy elsewhere and were unable to drive me to the mall. Great experience other than a lack of available drivers.

Recommendations?
Great experience with the service department and overall. The only feedback I have is two days after service was performed I received a follow up email that said: We noticed that while you were here, we recommended that your (car type) needed the below items which you chose to postpone at that time.

I was recommended one additional piece of service (which was not on this list), and five other items were recommended in the email (which were not mentioned while I was there).

A few of the things are inexpensive, simple things that I would have loved for you to handle for me had I been given the option to opt in.

Communication and care
The customer service, communication, and overall effort was really good. I had a recent visit at another maintenance shop that said one thing about my vehicle maintenance, and your people let me know the truth about what was really going on! You all care for and look out for your customers safety, and your work is not half assed like other shops just cause they want money! Thank you for your service on my car, and getting my recall done, and my new tires that I needed to replace!
