"DEPENDABILITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE"
As always they provide excellent customer service at fair prices. You always know what the costs will be and they don't go over their quote. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. they advise you of up coming concerns they find. In some cases they fix the problem that may not involve parts on the spot with no additional costs. Just excellent customer service.

"Got me in and out in one day"
They tried their hardest to get me out within a few hours but did get me out by the end of the day. If my car was better taken care of before I got it Im sure they would have been no problem to get me in amd out. If I toom it to the other guy I have seen he would have my car for another week and a half. Im glad I got out of there by the end of the day. It seems to run better and start better as well. Thats what matters.

Spoke with Mario. He said he had an issue with a transmission leak and he was told by the business that they had to retorque the transmission after six months. They did not tell him this when he bought the vehicle, so he believes that was not true. The facility also did some electrical work and it was not done correctly so he took it to another facility for repair. He would recommend the business, would put precautions on it, but likes the owner very much.

I'M NOT SURE WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL REPAIRS WE DID, BUT WE WOULD'VE CERTAINLY BEEN GLAD TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE(S) IF YOU WOULD'VE LET US KNOW. AS FOR THE TRANSMISSION "RETORQUE", THAT IS SOMETHING "WE" DO TO ALL OUR TRANS. REBUILDS AFTER THE FIRST 500 MILES AS PART OF THE "500 MILE CHECK".WE ARE HUMAN AND OCCASSIONALLY WE MAKE MISTAKES, BUT WE WILL ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING.
