I recently purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK 4matic from Medway Imports and found the process to
be a very positive experience. It was an internet purchase as I live some 2300 miles away and after vetting the business I contacted them. Scott was extremely helpful and quickly gained my trust with his straightforward dialog. The car was in exceptional condition (18,500 miles), Scott provided lots of photos, Carfax reports, and his personal assessment of the vehicle. The car was transported and arrived un-blemished in fantastic shape, not a scratch nor a ding . . . clean as a whistle inside and out. Looks like it just rolled of the showroom floor! It's my petite wife's car and she is ecstatic about the MB GLK; it's a perfect fit for her. In conclusion, I have found Medway Imports, Medway, MA is a great place to secure a quality used vehicle; they go the extra mile to assure you are a satisfied customer. Plus, Scott is a GRRRRRRRRREAT salesperson!!!!!!!
Needed some typical stuff done...L.O.F. and Tire Rotation, but my BRAKES weren't performing like they

Great communication. Several additional issues,, other than what we brought our truck in for, were b
rought to our attention with absolutely zero pressure to address the issues that day. Our truck was fixed in a timely manner at the quote given to us. We had another mechanic look at the same issue 3xs and was unable to properly fix the issue. A few hours at O’malley’s and our truck is running like new!! Highly recommend!

Realized late I was due for an oil change, called, made an appointment for the same day. Glad I came
in, the Technician found I had a leaking radiator cap. All fixed up and on my way just in time for a long road trip. Got in and got out out within an hour. Great to see Jordan back at Vulc Tech, he and Donna always a pleasure, greetings with a pleasant smile and great customer service and care.
