I was on the way home from the dog groomers, and a guy had pulled up beside me at the light to tell me that there was something on my front right tire--I pulled into a parking lot to check and saw what appeared to be a liner lying on top of the tire. Since I recently moved to Goldsboro, I called my daughter to ask where to go--she told me about AutoMed. When I pulled into AutoMed, I could see they were busy, so I went in prepared to be turned away or told to wait. They immediately pulled one of the mechanics to fix the problem and I was on my way home within 15 minutes.

I had an excellent experience with Gabriel automotive. At the woman you're always worried about being
taken advantage of. That was not the case with Gabriel's automotive. I needed a minor repair that others had quoted far beyond what Gabriel's automotive did. They were honest they were reasonable and it was an excellent stellar experience. They never pushed additional services but rather were pragmatic and helping me resolve the issue with the car. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with the mechanic.

As a mechanic myself and unable to have the time or car lift anymore and in another career. Its diffi
cult to find someone with ethics, and morals working on cars, especially your own and the way u want it done right the 1st time. I heard of mike though a coworker and decided i to try. My car had wheelbearing growls and loud. The toyota dealership charged me after all said and done 1200 for one, which i knew was alot but i wanted it done and figured they wouldnt be a problem. Went to pick up the car after it was there for 2days and still had a growling sound and now the alignment was off. I was sent a video from the dealer showing me how bad it was and figured it was fixed.. partly was. I then called mike at scorsones in geneseo and i dropped the car off. Within 3 hours the quote was made and sent to me via text or u could have a phone call either way and by noon it was done and ready for pickup.. the cost. 454 after tax and thankfully no noises and was great..finally peace of mind and knowing ive found a place i will go too for the rest of my life.
