I needed to get the snow tires off of my car, but we are social distancing due to my son's immunocomp
romised condition. Tom and Chris have a whole system setup so you can drop off your vehicle, pick it up, and pay over the phone. Plus they have their mechanics taking precautions and they disinfect your car when they are done. I've been going to them for years and they always do a great job.

The battery died, but I was worried due to other symptoms, something else might be wrong, too. They c
hecked it all out for me, and now I have a new battery in the car, too. I am glad they took my concerns seriously. =) A person does need to call to make sure the work is finished, but that is the way it has always been with mechanics in my experience. They are busy folk.
