a and didn’t have an auto mechanic. I selected Auto Pro based on their reviews. I waited a month after my repair to write a review. Simply put, I am thrilled with their work. I took my car to them, knowing something was wrong but unsure of the problem. So, I requested a tune-up. My car needed more than a tune-up, and the recommended repairs cost was more than I expected or was prepared to pay. The staff at Auto Pros sensed my unease with their estimate and walked me through everything on the estimate, explaining in detail the repair, cost, and options. Their customer service and communication were outstanding. I highly recommend Auto Pros with five stars.
On our way to the Smokies our Lexus quit we parked at the fireworks stand on 27 this was on a Sunday
called the owner of the fireworks business and he was very understanding and said it would be no problem to leave the car for a few days. We piled in the other 2 cars and went on.
Called Hi-Tech on Monday Jessica went above and beyond to relieve my anxiety of getting it repaired she even took care of getting it towed. You hear horror stories of breakdowns on vacation and the price of the repairs. I know the price of repairs in normal condition and theirs was right in line with normal pricing. If you live in the area by all means consider using hi-tech and if you need fireworks go down the road to Rievely.

There have been lots of changes at FRT in the 32 years since we started using them... new ownership,
new employees, but their standards have remained the same. Oil changes, tire rotations, squeaky brakes? They take care of them and more too. When our daughter lived in Chicago she always brought her car to Fox River Tire for all her services and any problems she encountered. She didn't trust anyone else!
So, thank you Kevin and Fox River Tire for all these years of excellent service.
