They showed everything in A/V, gave me the state of my car in the next 5 years and made optional recommendations.
I passed without fixing anything.

The work that they do is always none right on time and in the professional manner they keep me up to
date on the progress of the work that they're doing and no matter what they always provide the best customer service. Because of how good everything is about that Vasquez I stopped dealing with a mechanic that I used for the last 10 years and changed to Vasquez and I never regretted the decision.

I have a AAA membership and I decided to have my vehicle taken here. I called to let them know ahead
I was having my vehicle towed there and prior to that I had made an appointment for that afternoon anyway. It wasn’t looked at and stayed in the lot overnight. I understand being busy and that’s not my issue, my issue is they should’ve communicated hey, we are busy and there is a chance we may not be able to get to your vehicle today so it may be here overnight just so I had an idea. I would’ve understood because it happens. I am not thrilled I had to pay $160 for a diagnostic but this is pretty common among mechanics. Regardless it doesn’t make it any less frustrating.
Overall the guy Rich was friendly and professional for the most part. I will most likely return since the convenience of the location from my home and it is a AAA approved facility. Nothing made me not want to return. Thank you for your help.

My car was stuck in the snow during a severe snowstorm. I called to have it towed, and they arrived m
inutes later.
The next day I called to pick my car up—fully expecting to have to walk there with a snow shovel to get myself out. Their lot was plowed, but my car still needed shoveling out.
NOT ONLY did they dig my car out and wiped all of the snow off of it.....THEY ALSO drove the car to my home so I wouldn’t have to walk on slippery and unshoveled sidewalks!!
Like......WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?!!?
The cost of the tow was very fair and their service was more than efficient and very kind and considerate.
