The staff at Shell Merrifield are top notch. I had a radiator and hoses replaced on a 2014 BMW 528xi.
After replacement, the car was driven to CT that day (hot/humid mid 90s).
No loss of coolant or overheating after a 300+ mile trip. Mike and staff saved me $$$ compared to the dealer. Mike also took personal care to ensure the work was completed timely and satisfactorily. He would not allow the car to be driven to CT with substandard work.

pick up.
I have been between mechanics and honestly I'm glad that nightmare is over, I will definitely be coming back to wolverine Auto.

My car was stuck in the snow during a severe snowstorm. I called to have it towed, and they arrived m
inutes later.
The next day I called to pick my car up—fully expecting to have to walk there with a snow shovel to get myself out. Their lot was plowed, but my car still needed shoveling out.
NOT ONLY did they dig my car out and wiped all of the snow off of it.....THEY ALSO drove the car to my home so I wouldn’t have to walk on slippery and unshoveled sidewalks!!

The cost of the tow was very fair and their service was more than efficient and very kind and considerate.

They showed everything in A/V, gave me the state of my car in the next 5 years and made optional recommendations.
