10/29/26 Received prompt service, waited for oil change, also asked to have leaves blown out from rad
iator area that accumulated on my Lexus ES350 and they did the best they could to remove. They changed the record of total miles driven to a trip meter but going to switch it back per my request when I stop back in. Mechanic showed respect with bringing car back out front after service. Seems costly for an oil change with less than 6 quarts needed plus filter, over $110. but suppose everything is increasing these days!

Awesome!! Mitch is the best.
I dealt with Mitch from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He truly know
s how to take care of his customers and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Great customer service all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone who asks. Thank you again for everything. I’ll definitely be back—hopefully not too soon. 😂

Jake and his crew were able to provide us with a PPI (Pre-purchase Inspection) and once again we were
able to avoid another mistake. First, if a dealer or private party will not allow you to take a vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection -- walk away! If you are reading this review and wish to have your future vehicle checked (certified) -- bring it to Smith Automotive. They will give you a thorough inspection and advise you if your purchase is worthwhile. Thanks again, Smith Automotive!

Since moving to Batavia 4 years ago, I have relied on Advanced Automotive to repair my riding mower a
nd snowblower. Plain and simple, this company is awesome. Each time they have repaired/tuned up anything, it comes with a clear description of the work that needs to be completed. It's great to know that there truly are honest repair shops in the area.
