Thoroughly check the vehicle and relay its condition, without pressuring this customer to fix each an
d every thing. But recommend what’s most urgent. For years one of my vehicles had an occasional “grinding thump.” Not surprising because it was salvaged. Took it to 3 different Jeep dealerships and none could find out what caused it. But JLS noticed heavy wear in the struts and replaced them. Since then the “grinding thump” has stopped.
Great job and no more worry about a potential failure and accident.
