All Smiles

A good vehicle for urban traveling because there are seldom problems if the regular upkeep has been maintained. Eleven years only one serious tune up required so far. When new there lots of tire issues with pressure even after all new tires were installed. Overall: good car.

Responsive and comfortable

SRX is a good vehicle for most driver's needs. Good room, excellent handling, very comfortable. Headlight seals are a problem. Accessories and creature comforts make for a very nice driving experience.

Sweet ride!

Love my SRX Cadillac! Just a great vehicle all the way around. All wheel drive is awesome! Great in the snow. Comfortable quiet ride. So smooth. Very nice. Good power, good handling and fun to drive. Well built and very reliable so far. I'm impressed.

2011 CADDY SUV. SRX

I AM ,FOR THE MOST PART,VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS VEHICLE. IT HAS MET MY REQUIREMENTS FOR RELIABILITY, COMFORT(VERY!) AND PERFORMANCE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED WAS A LEAK IN THE SUNROOF DRAIN WHICH THE DEALER(BASIL) CORRECTED AT NO CHARGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MID-SIZED SUV TO ANYONE (AND I HAVE) LOOKING FOR A REAL NICE RIDE.

LEMON

Unfortunately I wanted this Cadillac and bought it brand new. I have been told that the 2011 was a bad year for the SRX and they have fixed all the problems but I do not believe Cadillac. The car has been repaired several times. I do not fell safe taking it on trips. The rear axle has been repaired twice and the light still goes on all the time. I have had several problems with this car. I will never buy another Cadillac.

Smooth ride & good looking, but a couple of drawbacks

Overall, I love this car - a smooth ride and really good looking! The main thing I would change is the "blind spot" on the back side of the car is larger than in other vehicles. Also, there is a glitch with the 2011 SRX where the warning "rear axle needs service" randomly appears - even though there is nothing wrong with it.

Nice vehicle

This is my wife's vehicle. She loves it, but their somethings they could have done better. Their is now real power in the vehicle. No pick up speed if you need to pass a vehicle. No major maintenance is suppose to be required prior to the 100K point, but the catalytic converter had to be replaced. The cargo area is slightly undersized the the back seat isn't as comfortable for grown adults. The vehicle is gorgeous and has a sleek look, but the mechanics and space could be improved. She doesn't have any regrets buying the vehicle, overall its been good to us.

Excellent ride with few problems

This a great car. 3.0 engine is a little underpowered for weight opt for 3.6 engine. Maintenance and common items can be a bit pricey. Look identical to 2012 to 2016. Models except difference in navigation screen displays due to CUE system install.
