Great Truck

I have had my 1999 Chevy S-10 for 21 years. Even though I have replaced many regular parts, the engine, transmission and inside cabinet/Console has stood the test of time. All in all, this truck has paid for itself at least 4 times over.

Great

The truck performs great. If Chevy made all of their vehicles as dependable as this one, they might not sell to many trucks. I don’t know what else to say. It is all good. This being said, I’ll keep the truck a while longer.

durable, reliable Chevy S-10

I bought this truck from my father-in-law 7 years ago. It is sturdy. With almost 109,000 miles, it still runs strong. I've had 2 men come up to me in the Walmart parking lot on separate ocassions to ask me if I was interested in selling it. I told them, not yet. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a small pickup. The suspension is rough riding.

Great little truck

Rides nice Not much room Gets me back and forth to work. Handles decently, very light making Great on fuel mileage but will slide on wet corners very easily. Has a couple of blind spots but manageable.

My truck will be a antique in 5 years.

Normal maintenance is worth every penny you put in your vehicle. The V 6 is great with enough power to carry a ton. Parts are readily accessible when you need them, which is not very often. It is slightly customized which makes it stand out even more.

1999 S10 LS extended cab

Great ride, has only stranded me 2 times in 20 years. The paint still shines, V6 is a strong motor, can almost haul a load like it's big brother, the 1500. She gets a lot of compliments and has been to several local car shows.

Truck

Best little truck ever. Great fuel economy. Easy to drive. Very smooth. Good truck for the money. The five speed transmission is geared for either cruising around town in 3rd, or highway travel in 5th.

as good as your auto repair shop

I love my "little S-10". Bought it "used" and had Sun-Mark Repair (Lutz) fix whatever needed fixing right away. They can keep this vehicle "up and running" as long as I want to keep it. It works for me. Easy peasy. A utilitarian work-horse that "keeps on ticking".. The 4-banger that could.
