Genesis built this vehicle right and perfectly. Fun to drive. Love the technology and design. Excelleration is awesome in sport+. Interior sound and light is awesome. Design is different from other high end vehicle in the same class. In would recommend to test drive the GV70.

Impressive

Reliable, smooth ,fun, attention grabbing, good safety features. has a lot to improve on e.g, engine noise, interior design for base trims, off the ground height can go up a little more for customers living in snow states, more years manufacturers warranty because the vehicle is quite expensive, etc.

The Best Compact SUV out there !

This vehicle is Hands Down is Great in fit and finish - as for price with a fully equipped vehicle as compared too this segment (Audi-BMW-Mercedes) is at least 20,000 to 30,000 cheaper but not on Quality ! Reliability on my GV70 Sport can not be given yet, due to having only 1,800 miles. Thats is the reason for only a 5 rating.

2022 GV70 Owner Evaluation

I had done extensive research on this particular vehicle and it met my expectations and then some. The Genesis on line "Build" facility was very helpful and allowed me to find suitably spec'd and colors available near me. Naturally, supply and demand was an issue at the time I decided to purchase and the 4 month wait time was well worth it.

Awesomeness!

This by far us the best vehicle around! The makers of this vehicle actually took the time to think of everything! Including a massager in the drivers seat! There are so many bells and whistles, I don’t even know where to start! We are so happy with our purchase!

GV-70

Not perfect, but a very nice vehicle. It is solid, built well and safe. Stereo could be better, driving range needs to improve as well as fuel efficiency. It is stylish, comfortable and easy to drive. It is roomy, has overall nice features, and is fairly priced. Decent value.

No problems

After having this suv for 3 months, I have had no problems except that the breaks are a little sensitive for me. I am sure that during the next 3 yrs of the lease that I will adjust to the breaks. This suv looks good and rides very nice in my daily trips.

Love my car!

The best car I have ever owned. The Genesis brand does not disappoint. Quality and features far exceed the price tag. The sound system, options for the dash setting (light color), ease of figuring out the features and how to use are all exceptional. Where ever I go I get comments about my beautiful car.

It is not a lux brand yet

I have a Genesis G90 and am experiencing an audio problem. There is no sound inside at all, not even any alert sound. Driving without any alert sound (and without a signal sound as well) makes me feel unsafe. I have a warranty that covers it and I stopped by the dealer on June 27th, 2022. They told me it would take about 2 weeks to get the part, and I am still waiting for the part and it has been 2 months already. Now, they are saying they don't know when the part is coming (no ETA). I asked for a loaner car to drive until the part comes and they said "Yes", but I have been waiting for the loaner car for 3 weeks now. Genesis is a new brand of Hyundai which considers itself a luxury car maker, but its service is not there yet. They never make their promises. I can't believe they need more than 2 months to order their own part. They need to change if they want to be Genesis a luxury brand. I would NOT recommend Genesis to anyone who wants good service.

I call the GV70 The poor man's Bentley! I have people stop me no matter where I go and ask me what kind of a car it is, and how beautiful it is. It has more gadgets more style, and more power than most luxury SUV's on the market, and it has adjustable seats on the passenger side so that when my husband drives I can raise the seat instead of feeling like I'm 5 yrs old! . It's classy, its fun to drive and it's practical too . It is a fabulous road trip car too.

Great vehicle little help it purchase no help at service. Vehicle is very complex my dealer is not equipped mentally physically to service a high-end vehicle it is very disappointing to buy this really nice vehicle with a little help learning it even less help getting serviced. Genesis next too many promises at the company level that this dealer cannot deliver

Love my GV70

Great SUV. The comfort in driving is just want we wanted. The quiet interior is very important to us and it’s great. And the styling of the GV70 is beautiful. We tested other SUV’s when we were shopping SUV’s this one exceeded the others by far. The interior very classy with clean lines and the beautiful cream leather seats mine has I love.

Very stylish and powerful SUV. I love driving it around the city and to work. It’s a nice place to sit in when you need to unwind and just go for a nice drive. Has easy to use features, drives and handles very well and performs well when the power is needed.

Love this car

I had put deposit on a 2022 Volvo XC60 but there were issues with the phone charger when I was picking up the vehicle. In the two days it took them to figure out the issue, I drove the 2022 Genesis GV70 3.5 Prestige Sport after my cousin raved about her GV80 that she had just purchased. I fell in love! The seat was comfortable with so many adjustment options. The seat’s ability to cradle and hug your body during acceleration and driving was awesome. Acceleration was great. Vehicle was quiet. I couldn’t find anything negative. I was trading a 2021 Mercedes GLE350 which I had not been happy with. It’s been a year and I still love this car!

needs better navigation system

All in all I like the car and I'm happy I bought it . Had no experience with the navigation in it and should have asked further. I assume it was going to be as clear and easy as on my 2 previous Lexus . I went back to the dealership and Dominick Soltes is very helpful and explains most of my questions. Issues are solved. I'm still very unhappy with it (Navigation)

Love everything about this vehicle. Earlier in my life I owned nine different Volvos, including their top of the line model. I am of Swedish heritage and I thought I would never own a car built in South Korea. My GV 70 is amazing quality. like Volvos, it provides the highest level of technology and safety features. The styling of the car is unique. The greatest selling point is that it is an amazing value. Value being the combination of Quality and price.

Best Thing I Have Done In A Long Time

This vehicle has been a positive thing for me since the very first time I saw it. Pleasing to look at and it gets even better when I get inside and start driving! So far there has not been one thing that disappoints me. Looks great and sooo much fun to drive-and I was a drag-racer as a young man and later in life drove 110 miles every day for work (in nice cars) for many years. I know cars! This is the best vehicle I could have hoped to own.

Quite a machine. 2022

Car is Redunk. Just a beast. Intuitive. Responsive. Beautiful. Smooth. Fast. 3.5 sport prestige is amazing. Only wish the 2023 2.5 didn’t have the 21 inch rims option. It’s the head turner that separates the big boy from the basic. Other than that. 9.7 out of 10
