Great SUV

I recently purchased my Genesis GV80 about a month ago and so far the car is excellent. It's comfortable to drive and is equipped with a lot of options that matter. I feel safe driving the vehicle and the massaging seats were a pleasant surprise on a long trip I recently took. I highly recommend this vehicle.

GV80

They make of this suv is amazing. It is so rich looking with the leather, wood trim and dual sunroof. Its design of the front grill is beautiful, so different than most SUVs you see. Did very well in the snow this last week

Love my Genesis

My Genesis is classy with extra detail on the interior and super options available. Where I live I have only seen 1 GV80, so I’m proud to drive mine. Turns out my neighbor wanted to same one I bought. I feel this is a well build suv that I will enjoy for a long time

Stylish Value

Fourth Genesis vehicle, first GV80. We are very happy with the GV80 - excellent quality, performance, and styling! We often get positive comments from strangers commenting on how stylish the vehicle is and while that is true, the comfort and features on the inside are comparable to the stylish exterior. Overall, excellent value for the money!

I've been very happy with the GV80. Only concern I have is the lack of loaners and less than luxury experience that many have had when getting maintenance done. I haven't had my car serviced yet so hoping my dealership experience with service will be as good as it was during the sale experience.

I love my new Genesis very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. Such a beautiful ride love love love Awesome

I love my genesis G 80 the most amazing car I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend it to a friend I actually did and she bought the same car. I have another friend looking everything is beautiful. It runs so smooth so quiet, very safety. My insurance went down $100. I would definitely recommend this car.

Love how the car drives, the technology available and ability to use it. The value for the money vs competitive autos available and look and feel of the “drive” while on the road convinced me to purchase the car. Brennan at Rosen in Algonquin made for an awesome dealer experience.

Amazing Vehicle!

Everything is top notch! The attention to detail and features are unbelievable! Reliable, sturdy, smooth, comfortable, luxurious, etc. all checkboxes can be marked. Genesis GV80 Experience

Traded a Toyota Highlander for the GV80. Wanted a more luxury vehicle with good reliability, good safety features and good reviews. I have been most pleased with the comfort, all the safety features and all other features of the vehicle. The Genesis Connect app is a great addition to the vehicle. The infotainment system is wonderful. Love the vehicle.

Reliability not great so far

I have had my car for 6 weeks and it is already in the shop for repairs because it won't start. Genesis has a valet program, but they don't get you a car for a week so you are stuck in the meantime. Now my car has been in the shop for a week with part on backorder and they can't give me a date I will get my vehicle back.

Genesis GV80

I’ve had my new GV80 for one month. I replaced a 2019 Porsche Cayenne and am enjoying all the extra technology that comes with this vehicle - the driving assist and cameras are exceptional and make driving really easy. The GV80 comes with many many basic features that would have to be paid for in other vehicles. It has taken me some time to figure everything out but it’s not too difficult. It doesn’t have quite the road feel and driving capabilities of the Porsche but I didn’t expect that it would. It has a little more room which I needed. Also has small gas tank and not great gas mileage but overall is a really great value for a luxury vehicle in the SUV arena.

Mario's 2024 GV80 car buying experience

I am completely satisfied with purchase of my new GV80. This vehicle not only met my expectations, it exceeded them in just about every category. From the quality craftsmanship of the interior, to the beautiful style of the exterior, and the performance of the twin turbo engine makes the vehicle very competitive to the other vehicles in its class.

On the right path but needs some tweaking

The vehicle is beautiful inside and out and filled with safety features but some that become a fault. For the price, there are features missing and others will be rarely used such as the assisted back up by remote in the event you are squeezed in a parking spot. Id rather prefer heated cup holders.

My GV80 is the best car I’ve ever owned. I traded in my Audi Q8 and never looked back. The luxury, comfort, and performance are top notch. The dealership personnel - sales and service - continue to go above and beyond. We are considering trading in our Lexus for another Genesis.

Best reliable luxury vehicle today

My family have been Hyundai owners for years. When we decided to upgrade to luxury vehicles we were very disappointed in the quality and treatment from other brands. The poor warranties, reliability issues, etc were something we were not willing to compromise on. Genesis made sense. Reasonable prices for tremendous luxury and style and warranty and reliability that didn’t make us feel like we were throwing our money away for a logo.

This is my 2nd GV80 is obviously I like the car!! In addition to the vehicle, the dealership is just as important, and Palm Springs Genesis has been wonderful to work with. I feel very safe in the vehicle and enjoy driving it. I love the styling. I am super I decided to purchase a 2nd GV80!!
