Nice overall, typical issues.
I like the vehicle overall. It’s stylish and enjoyable to drive, although the ordering process—really more of a locating process—was difficult. I wanted the auto‑close doors and quilted seats, but none of the dealerships I contacted could find a vehicle with those options anywhere in the country.
There’s a rattle somewhere in the rear that I’m hoping to have checked during the first maintenance visit. The electrical/infotainment system is similar to most brands: occasionally unreliable, with the screen freezing or going black from time to time. Customer service has been great about following up, and both they and the dealer told me the vehicle needs an update—but there are no OTA updates available, which feels odd and a bit frustrating.
Most reviews focus only on complaints, and while I’ve pointed out a few issues, I genuinely do like the vehicle.
