Great luxury for the price

Love love this vehicle. I was a dedicated Honda girl but when my Pilot was totaled we looked at the Passport and the Palisade. For the same monies we got more bang for our buck with the Palisade. Plus the feel of it was just luxury. No complaints thus far. Absolutely love this vehicle.

Everything a SUV Should Be

I bought my Palisade, essentially right off the truck and I have not been disappointed. Everything on the vehicle is check about perfect. I wish the vehicle would be like the Ioniq 7. An electric vehicle will be my next purchase as long as the Palisade body style is utilized.

2020 Palisade Limited

Love the size, the comfort and all the new technology included in the Limited Model. Can’t bear the 3 yrs maintenance free addition and the 3 yrs of Bluelink where you can control all the options via your Smart Phone (auto start, unlock/lock doors, send navigation an address, lights, horn and car will send you a monthly fitness report). If you’re thinking about a Palisade, spring for the Limited. I’ll be keeping this one until they come out with an All-Electric Palisade Limited

Great Vehicle

This has been an excellent purchase. You get a lot of vehicle with a lot of options for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for an SUV. Any other vehicle with the quality and options of the Palisade would be much more expensive.

Love the Pali

I waited and waited for the Genesis GV80 to release and got tired of waiting. So, I checked out the 2020 Palisade. It was a brand new model for Hyundai so I was skeptical about purchasing a 1st year model. This is one great vehicle. It has all the features I was looking for (and one I didn't want - Sunroof). It was a great value with many features that were optional on other manufacturer's vehicles of the same class and it cost considerably less. I have owned it for 2 years now and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

A SUPER car.

My wife and I LOVE our Palisade. We couldn't wait for it to arrive and when it did, it exceeded our expectations! We owned a Santa Fe before we purchased our Palisade and Loved it too. But, our Palisade is WONDERFUL!

Best Vehicle Value in its Class

Great, quiet ride with outstanding gas mileage. We got a very good trade in value for my Cadillac SRX. The value of this vehicle tops all others in its class. Outstanding safety and driver assistance features. Bose sound system and audio features are high quality.

Smooth Vehicle

I have had this car for over a year now and love it! It drive so smoothly! It is a great family vehicle. My kids have a lot of leg room and are able to get really comfortable in long car ride! Fuel economy is great and I can get close to 400 miles on a full fill up during car trips!

Fun to drive, good milage for this size vehicle.

The 2020 palisade is a great SUV, price is reasonable, seats are comfortable, heated and cooled that is important on a long trip especially when wheater is not nice, this vehicle has decent power for passing safely, on our limited palisade we would like to have powered side view mirrors this is the first limited vehicle we have purchased without this option being available, would be beneficial if dash was covered with same material used on roof, this would cut down on dash reflecting on windshield.

Best Car I ever had

Looks great, drives great, great safety features, and lots of space. When I replaced my previous vehicle, I was particularly looking for a vehicle that had more useable space for storage - Love the way I can fully flatten seats to get more stuff in the car. I was also looking for a car with great safety features and automation (lane control, blind spot detect, front and rear collision avoidance. Looking for seats that treated my back well. Of course, wanted a vehicle that looked good. I reviewed and tested 5 different SUVs and the Palisades came out on top. After driving the Palisades for 1 year, and am just so happy with this vehicle.

Great vehicle

Car has plenty of pep with good gas mileage of 25 Hwy and 20 in town, but when I pull my 3300 lb travel camper the mileage drops to 12 mpg. Car has developed a small wind leak noise that I need to take to the dealer soon. One of the parking sensors was damaged by a rock, but Hyundai changed the part so to replace it two very expensive sensors have to be bought to make them match colors. Original parts are not available. Car parts are supposed to be available for 10 years.

Beige interior still stinks after a year and a half. No good fix from Hyundai. Ridiculous for a vehicle costing this much.

Interior still stinks. Hyundai knows of this problem in the 2020 Palisade Limited with beige interior. Their answer is to spray Febreeze down the head rest holes which does not fix the problem. It is a shame that they don’t value their highest end vehicle enough to correct the problem.

Nice but missed the mark

Nice vehicle, however it needs improvement in areas of wind noise coming from the front windows. It also idles very rough so much so my mechanic thought there may be a problem with the engine. The lift gate goes up and down very roughly and sometimes not at all. Front seats don’t go back far enough s o taller people have to sit in back seats. On coming drivers flash at night thinking my high lights are on even when they are not. The notch in the headlights beam is distracting. and reliability is now questionable .

The Best and Most Comfortable Ride of my Life...

I am so glad that I purchased my 2020 Palisade. I went to Folsom Lake Hyundai to buy a new 3-row Santa Fe. As I was looking at the Santa Fe with my salesman, Shon Petee, out of the corner of my eye I noticed the Palisade. I asked Sho about it and he said, "Let's go look at it!" He has never tried to push me into a vehicle. That's why I like him. I test drove the Palisade and we looked at the numbers, and I bought it!!! It is THE most comfortable ride I've ever owned. And with every whistle and bell they offer, it is a technological marvel! I enjoy driving it to see the grandkids in LA, and my friends in Redding. Around town it's great. Easy to park with all the cameras, turning radius is outstanding for a big auto! I don't know how they can make ANYTHING on this car better, but Hyundai usually does, so I'll be watching down the road for what they come up with on my next Hyundai. See you then Shon!

Hyundai Palisade SEL

After comparing the Hyundai Palisade and the Kia Telluride and testing driving the Hyundai Palisade, review of the offered features included on this model, my decision was made. I immediately drove the first 1000 miles within a week, really happy with the gas mileage and the overall styling, the features, and handling of the Palisade. Took it by my friend’s home and when she saw it, she went out and bought one for herself but it had leather interior because she has dogs. Love my car.

Excellent vehicle

Rides great excellent interior great value for the money. Interior is very well done controls are intuitive and easy to operate. Exterior paint is excellent but grille could be smaller. Lack of power rear view mirrors is a negative.

Outstanding Value in the Luxury SUV Market

We initially researched buying another BMW SUV, and explored the Mercedes offerings prior to purchasing our Palisade. On a purely objective basis, the Palisade appeared to offer a build quality similar to the BMW with a MUCH better warranty and lower cost of ownership. We now have 21,000 miles on our Palisade and have not been disappointed in any aspect of ownership. When we have guest riders in the car, they often remark about how comfortable and attractive the interior is. We've taken it on several long trips during the pandemic, and have found it to be a fabulous driving experience with lots of interior storage space. Its reliability has been "bullet proof" over almost 2 year ownership period, thus far. We are very pleased with the Palisade!

This is the second Hyundai I've owned. The first was an Equus and loved it also

I love my Palisade but Kevin and Tom are what makes me return. I've become part of Hyundai's family. In 2017 I bought my staff 5 cars 3 of them from Brandon Hyundai and I would NEVER RETURN TO THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN.
