Great vehicle with great features!
I was driving a basic Audi Q3 and needed a bigger vehicle to take my two large dogs on trips with us. I researched several midsized SUVS, including the Jaguar F-pace, Kia Telluride and some of the domestic brands, before discovering the Hyundai Palisade. I was torn between some of the exterior features on the Telluride when I started considering the Palisade. We test drove the F-pace but decided it was too small for our needs. We also test drove the Palisade and then the Telluride, they were just the right size for what we needed. The more I looked at the Palisade the more I liked the exterior look over the Telluride. I also preferred the interior layout and look of the interior of the Palisade. The salesman at the Hyundai dealership was very helpful, informative and patient. The salesman at the Kia dealership was young, distracted and didn't seem very together. The test drive was a bit strange and we didn't like the quality of the interior, although the specific trim package we were interested in wasn't available. After test driving the sister vehicles, we choose the Palisade and are very happy with our choice. We have had the vehicle for a year now with no real concerns or major issues. It has a ton of features, more than we need our use. With the Hyundai app I am alerted whenever I have routine maintenance. Very happy with this car so far and my dogs love all the room in their area in the back!!
