Lots of options and tons of interior space, very roomy. Limited version is very stylish and classy. Overall gives the much higher priced competition a serious run for their money!! Very happy so far??

2020 Palisade Ltd

Enjoyed the car. Purchased a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy as a replacement. For the first year of this model they got a lot of things right.We made several long trips with 4 adults and had ample storage room. I have driven over 14 hours in a day without being exhausted.

My Experience with a 2020 Palisade

The 2020 Palisade was a good first effort but needs more imagination on the interior colors and better engineering/construction to cut down the interior noise and to smooth out the Adaptive Cruise Control and the Lane keeping assistance.

Overall great car for the value

Lots of road noise, don’t like that when you go the menu to check on your vehicle it does show just says all systems okay. I need more than that. Mirrors should fold in auto not Manuel. Door handles should match body color, no chrome accent. All accent pieces should be body colors

Nice Ride

My 2020 Hyundai Palisade has lived up to my expectations, gets fairly good gas mileage for a vehicle its size/engine size, runs smoothly and has the best warranty on the market. I have had no problems with it.

Great value for money!

The dealership asked for a lot more than MSRP but even so, this vehicle is still value for money. I challenge you to compare the Palisade Limited/Calligraphy to other SUVs out there for features and it's hard to beat. Sure the BMWs, Lexus, Mercedes etc may have more horsepower and better handling but do you really need that for a SUV? Get a 911 if you want that. But the luxuries you get for the money - the Palisade is the thing to get. Heated AND cooled seats! Not just the driver and passenger seats BUT the captain's chairs in the second row too! Motorized folding 3rd row seats! Stinky interior smell during warm days - oh wait that's not a benefit. 10 year powertrain warranty! Almost perfect vehicle.You can pay $70k for a comparably equipped Lincoln Navigator and that's expensive. The Toyota Highlander is the main competitor but the Palisade edges it with the better tech and longer warranty (hopefully not needed).

Like the car a lot, gets good mpg, comfortable to drive. Plenty of room for our family. Handles good in all weather. Lock system seem weird at time, has lock with key in car and no one in car. Does not come with CD playet

Striking appearance

We have owned 4 Hyundais and this vehicle is extremely comfortable and has great curb appeal. Excellent sound system and plenty of cargo space. Play navigation system is top of the line. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone if they correct the continuing problem of wind noise in the driver side window. This issue has not been handled well by the manufacturer or dealer.

Almost perfect. LOL

I have wanted a Palisade since news surfaced about its pending release a year prior. It would have received 5 stars but I have already had my sunroof assembly replaced and the fact that it doesnt come Sirius/XM ready is disappointing. I use it to shuffle my church outreach supplies (a lot) around and to tow our RV. It is a fun, comfortable, awesome ride. Funnest car I have ever owned!!!!

Will buy it again

My biggest complain is wind noise and interior material quality, seems to wear excessively under normal usage condition. But I would still buy it if I have a do over because it’s a great value for the money.

Generally I am pleased with the vehicleI was less than pleased with my experience with the dealer, did not like the “Palisade package” that was not negotiable thought that was not good and when I inquired where my wheel locks were a guy from service was trying to explain some bs why I did not get them when my salesperson came atound the corner and handed me the package with them, I thought that was odd. Also tried to call the service mgr several times and he never took my call or returned it…I will never bring the car in for service at this dealership…for me it is all about customer service and his was terrible. The service writer was great by the way!

She stinks!

I basically love this car but it being the initial version there are some issues.. I have the version with the smell.. its been repeatedly “fixed” but 3rd year in.. this summer has shown that in hot humid weather.. the smell is still there.. def not as strong but why!?

Beautiful vehicle, but overpriced

The vehicle itself is a wonderful ride, beautiful car. Quite, and comfortable. Had steering issue within 5 months of purchase which caused an accident. White car is very difficult to keep clean. Interior is dark and beautiful.

ANGIE AT BROADWAY HYUNDAI IN GREEN BAY WISCONSIN IS THE BEST!!!

Above experience when purchasing the vehicle from ANGIE at Broadway Hyundai in Green Bay Wisconsin. She should be training ALL of the salespeople at All of the Hyundai locations nationwide. We've purchased 15 new vehicles & have always donated the vehicle being replaced to Rawhide. Angie went above & beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted with ALL of the features we wanted. I only wish that their service department could be as personable as Angie,& if they were, we wouldn't be taking our Hyundai somewhere for service in the future.

Good except wind noise never fixed

I have enjoyed my vehicle the only complaint was wind noise. Otherwise satisfied. The people at dealership was great! I would recommend vehicle to others. I have no other complaints and have had good service.

I am happy with my Palisade. However, the wind noise is something that is highly bothersome at times and shouldn't be an issue in this vehicle. I have never experienced this is my other vehicles and would like to see it addressed.
