SUV of my dreams

I’ve owned 2 Santa Fe’s and always drooled over the Palisade. I love the Hyundai brand and my local dealer is amazing. I purchased my Palisade for the 3-row seating to fit my whole family, but the real reason I chose the Palisade over the others I was considering is my local service team. My Palisade is gorgeous and has all the very best features. It is my dream car and I absolutely love it!!!

Amazing vehicle, absolutely love it!

Love my Palisade! Best decision ever to select this vehicle. Great handling, ride, acceleration, comfort, options, value and styling. I was surprised at how smooth the ride was and how quick the acceleration was.

Hyundai palisade

I traded in my 2019 Santa Fe for a 2023 palisade xrt, I love the look of the xrt trim model. The exterior black trim is my favorite. I also love the captains chairs and the 3rd row. It was a great price for the value and I’m happy with my purchase.

Not a good experience with 2023 Hyundai Palisade dealership. 2023 Hyundai Palisade is good but built quality is not. Not able to use only cruise control on 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Old High Driving assist in 2023 Hyundai Palisade which is old and not useful.

Do not know what this entails

Overall packages for this model. The look and driving experience. The leg room, comfort and nice ride.Will continue to recommend Hyandai.I have received lot's of compliments on the look and smooth driving. I can't wait to take a trip with it.

Great SUV except massage seat

Maasage seat is too hard on the tush when driving for more than 1 hour. As a result, I bought extra cushion to alleviate hardness to allow long-term driving. I wish I knew beforehand about the hardness feature before purchase

The car would have had 5 stars if it wasn't for the engine meltdown.

Contact me. When we bought two of these Palisade Limiteds, we were told they would come with key cards for starting and running without the need for the key fob. That is not the case, they have not come through.

Not only a beautiful vehicle for the price point, the technology, comfort and performance are excellent. For budget minded to luxury people this Palisade the best value for the money. Expect years of great warranty coverage too!

Good.

The Palisade has a nice ride after you drive it several miles. It has vibration when you first start out. Maybe tires have flat spots. The engine is a bit noisy standing outside but you don't hear it inside. The car is quiet and has some nice features. We have only 500 miles on the car so we will know more as time progresses.

Great car, but just missing the mark on a few key features

Poor fuel economy, relatively low engine power, numb driving dynamics (even in sport mode), no wireless android auto. Otherwise the interior/exterior is very nice and the car has all the other features we were looking for.

Awesome SUV, especially for the money

Really enjoy the styling and interior of this vehicle. Very comfortable, rides nice, lots of options, lots of room. we get lots of compliments on the interior when people ride with us. For the money and the warranty it is very hard to beat.

This car has surpassed our expectations. We are new to snow driving the palisade has completely put worries to rest with its snow and AWD feature. Fuel economy has be mid to high 20s on regular basis.

A bit long and then Ashley had another client. She did go over a few things about the car, but I felt like we needed more time with her in regards to the new vehicle. She was very nice the entire time we were in her office.

Wasn't pleased with the confusion about the interest rate that we were told we were going to get and it changed due to them making a mistake when they put us with a credit union that was giving that rate to medical associates only, which we aren't.

Trouble with Paradise

After having the car for almost 2 months the seatbelt light turned on and since the car is so new there are no parts to replace it. Really? So I'm paying for a car that's in the shop, not a happy camper

Great car

I love this car! I have the sel model and only front wheel drive (car’s in AZ so don’t need 4WD) but have all the wonderful accessories. Especially like Bluelink where I can send the route directions from my phone to the car and it’s there when I get I get in to go. Also like ability to track my car’s location no matter where in World I am.
