Great vehicle thus far. No complaints.

I like the vehicle and have no complaints. Vehicle is very quiet and interior is very nice. The sound system is very good. It rides nice. I like the 360 camera. The sensors are a nice touch. The exterior is very impressive.

Love it!

It's been just over a month since we purchased our Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy, and we love it! It's so fun to drive and we love all the extra features, the bells and whistles. It's roomy and comfortable, especially for my husband who has a bad back and can't for sit for long periods of time. We are very happy that we chose the Palisade.

Hitch lighting hardness not working

Dealer staff Did not tell me about the hitch lighting hardness not in working order nor that it wasn’t available There’s still no recall to fix this issue. In the mean time I can’t haul a cargo trailer

de lujo mi palisade 2021

Me gusta mucho mi vehiculo y aunque quizas me tarde para publicar mi reseña, estoy contenta con nuestra eleccion. muy buena tecnologia, me siento segura en ella. antes de hacer esta eleccion, tuvimos en consideracion comprar una kia tellurius, pero por dos ventajas elejimos la palisade, 1. es mucho mas espaciosa entre las sillas y aun mas en la tercera fila. 2. en el dealer donde la compramos nos dieron garantia de por vida en fuentes mecanicas importantes. lo unico que a veces no me gusta mucho es que la bodega es muy pequeña si esta en uso la tercera fila, y a veces le encuentro inconveniente que la mia es de 3 plazas para 7 personas y esa silla que no existe porque es parte del pasillo en ocasiones me hace mucha falta. pero en conclusion, me gusta mi vehiculo!!

Updated/Almost Perfect

I bought this new 2023 Palisade Calligraphy in Jan 2023 and rated it Almost Perfect until (3) months and the Radio started malfunctioning and then quit working, No Sirius XM Radio, FM or AM. I can only listen to Apple Music now. A Brand New Car and the Radio doesn’t work, what a disappointment! There are cheaper vehicles out there and at least their radios work. Some Online Palisade Forums say that this might be caused by buggy software glitch? I don’t know, the Dealership where I bought it says the software update didn’t fix it, so they ordered a new radio unit. I have no way of knowing how long that will take, but I am just frustrated to have this issue with a Brand New Car. I called Hyundai Customer Support and the Agent said that the problem or issue hadn’t been reported enough to cause a Recall. Well isn’t that just great, but he said he would generate me a case number, like that makes me feel better that I have a brand new vehicle with no working radio. I really hope my Dealer gets this matter resolved as soon as possible or my ratings of the vehicle will continue to get lower.

Brand new car is broken

Purchased brand new car with 23 miles on it. The drivers door didn’t lock from day one. Took almost 2 weeks to fix it. The day I got to retrieve it from the shop another error code comes up for the rear seat occupancy functions. Service manager tried to use the code reader but it wouldn’t even recognize the vehicle. Unacceptable when paying $56,000 for a car.

High value for money

The Palisade is the best value for money in the segment. The updated styling of the 23 is fantastic. To stay competitive in the segment, it will need to introduce a more refined and efficient drivetrain in the next generation. The overall fit and finish is good, with some minor exceptions. Road noise is somewhat loud for the segment. The sound system is pretty bad. Material selections for the interior could be nicer here and there. Folding mirrors plus be nice. Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto is a must.

So far, so good!

Wish that the window sticker would have said the interior was beige and navy. I would not have purchased this color combination. I would have chose black instead. Not sure why the window sticker says beige when it’s really more grey than beige.

The vehicle feels safe, mpg as advertised. Love the safety features. Tracks excellent on the highway,love the the robust emerald. Camera views are great, the ride height gives a great view of the road.

Great style, great size, comfortable, love driving my palisade. I have it in pearl white, great color , cleans well and always looks good. Fits 7 adults comfortably. Lots of space with seats down for transporting large items.

Great car

We love our new family car for our 3 children! It’s easy to manurver but also still fits all of our children. The seats can be moved up and down with touch if a button which makes life so easy! We love the audio quality too

Don't think twice

Bought end of Jan so far so good. Lots of complaints. Drives great, easy to maneuver was skeptical since last vehicle was smaller( 2005 Santa fe). Lots of features, kids love it, recommend for average family size as it was recommended to my family.. Enjoy

Great vehicle. Great for the outdoo

Would buy again. Not enough on the market. Hated to pay sticker price. XRT should come with a trailer hitch. Warranty outstanding. Cup holders in the front need improvement. Would have like seat memory function. Use this vehicle extensively to travel and camp.

Fun to drive and car looks classy.

Needed a larger SUV than the Jeep Grand Cherokee we previously had. We have grown children and grandchildren living overseas that visit us for extended periods of time. The Palisade easily accommodates everyone and fulfills our needs. The gas mileage that I received on a recent trip out of state was a pleasant surprise in excess of 24 MPG.

Only driven 304 miles so this whole summary is premature to my experience with this vehicle so far!

See above comment. I have driven this vehicle only three hundred and for miles. So this whole survey has come to me very early . I cannot say any opinions of mine at this time would be the same as much later, perhaps after 6000 to 10 miles or a couple of oil changes.
