Palisades Calligraphy 2023

Beautiful full size SUV Palisade Calligraphy. #1 Cochran in the South Hills was awesome to work with. They worked with me to get the car I needed as soon as possible. They were very descriptive with a demonstration on the vehicle.

I love my Palisade

I also just noticed that when moving the vehicle via key fob, when it stops, the engine stops. Sometimes it will not even move via key fob. I love the feature because so many parking spots are very close together.

I purchased the Palisade because the warranty and price was far better than comparable models. The gas mileage, luxury interior, and safety features were far better than models of this midsize SUV. I am extremely happy with the service and the quality of this vehicle.

Very good car except for one big problem

There is a reflection on the windshield from the silver dashboard trim on calligraphy model. It is extremely distracting and shows up 80% of the time I am driving. I have had no help from dealership or Hyundai to find a solution to this issue.

overall it is a good vehicle but there are some flaws.. the tires are not that great quality.. blindspot sometimes does not work, speaker sound quality is not as i expected (bass is low even after increasing it to 10/10) and some other complains as well.

Fine

I was looking forward to by the highest model 2023, Caligraphy, only to find out it has less featues than th elower based models. Cannot charge my phone in wireless mode and dooe not have Android Auto feature. I am very disappointed that I cannot use the maps from my phone unless I attach my phone to a USB port. Poor engineering. I should have purchased a lower model and paid less money to get this feature?

Overall this is a fantastic family vehicle. Great ride, tons of upgrades with a sleek design. For hte price you get a lot of extras that cost much more in other brands. All cars have their flaws but this is the best third row in my opinion. Luxury and family in one.

Palisage Caligraphy

Overall very good vehicle for the money spent. Seems very reliable. It’s very comfortable and technology is very comparable to other luxury brands that we looked at. There are a couple features that I would like to see on future palisades, electronic folding side mirrors and electronic steering wheel

Build

Bought a 2023 limited Palisade Suv is very decent quality interior The suspension and handling not so great. The suspension should be more on the upper quality. Drive an enclave and it smooth. Maybe because of bigger tires and suspension For the price it should feel as if you are riding on air.

Great 3row SUV

It’s a great car but can be better with the following: with fuel economy, driver oriented infotainment, better acceleration, folding side mirrors, somewhat loud wind noise in the highway and more refined steering. Those are the reason why it’s 4 star for me because it can still be better. Overall with the 2022 model, it’s a must to have if you need a 3 row suv. It feels luxurious, tons of safety features, plenty of interior space, easy access to 3rd row and a superb looking car compared to other suvs on the same segment in my own humble opinion.

Love the palisade but the paint and window problem Is a bummer for me. Hopefully they can fix all this. This was my dream vehicle and I'm very disappointed with the paint peeling only had the vehicle for 3 months.

Nice but flaws

Radio died at 4662 miles. Nothing works on it. Otherwise it’s a nice car. We love it but feel it’s heartbreaking to have this problem so soon. Very disappointing as it happened in a 10 hour vacation trip

Great Bang for you Buck

We went with the XRT package as the exterior styling was the best they had to offer. In doing so we lost a few creature comfort features but it was well worth it for the overall look of the vehicle. We traded in a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid for the Palisade as we needed more room. The Palisade has far exceeded our expectations and has outshone our Toyota in every way. We have had a few minor issues with the Palisade but they are being handled under warranty. Just an inconvenience to be having to take a new vehicle back for these things. Overall I would gladly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking to purchase a mid-size SUV.

Great Ride-Annoying Resets

This car is extremely comfortable. It drives very well, and has a lot of power. It gets good gas mileage for how big it is. About every 3 weeks the electronics get reset back to factory reset. This is annoying because you have to go in and reset all of the things that you like back to where you want them to be. This takes quite a lot of time.

Nice car

The parking assist cameras are angled in such a way that they can sometimes literally not "see" vertical posts. After selecting and using the Wi-Fi Hotspot, the radio audio is muted. Though the audio can be enabled again, the process for doing so is neither clear nor obvious. The remote locking feature's audio beep is too quiet to help me find my car in a parking lot.

Exterior color is wrong. Vehicle is mostly comfortable. Still getting used to some of it but for the most part, it is a nice vehicle. Had to wait four months after I ordered it. Hope the servicing will be smooth.

Like vehicle, not service

The vehicle has performed to expectations. It is difficult to get service, even answers to questions. We had used the same dealer for a previous purchase. It seems service problems are specific to Hyundai. We had to wait for delivery from overseas plant for several weeks.
