good driving and safty

so far I like it, still learning all the controls and what they do. the car tracks on road good and handles good. Great gas milage. I like the wheels they dont show road dirt and look clean even though they are not.

Good but not great.

Not as good as all the reviews, but happy with the Palisade. Body roll is much more than I would like to see under normal acceleration and braking. Driver controls are not adjustable, I.e. drive mode (sport) and steering assist can not be turned off to default when shut off as well with automatic start. Engine is not as smooth as expected, stumbles consistently under normal acceleration, with occasional complete lack of throttle response.

Bang for your buck

We love our 2023 palisade limited, so manny great features , if you were to get a Tahoe with the features the limited comes with you would be paying 80-100 k . Overall we love our palisade a couple of the downsides to the vehicle is the soundproofing is really poor or non existent. If you have passengers in the third row the cargo space is really small we could only fit 2 carry on suite cases back there .

A bit long and then Ashley had another client. She did go over a few things about the car, but I felt like we needed more time with her in regards to the new vehicle. She was very nice the entire time we were in her office.

Wasn't pleased with the confusion about the interest rate that we were told we were going to get and it changed due to them making a mistake when they put us with a credit union that was giving that rate to medical associates only, which we aren't.

Great car, but just missing the mark on a few key features

Poor fuel economy, relatively low engine power, numb driving dynamics (even in sport mode), no wireless android auto. Otherwise the interior/exterior is very nice and the car has all the other features we were looking for.

Good.

The Palisade has a nice ride after you drive it several miles. It has vibration when you first start out. Maybe tires have flat spots. The engine is a bit noisy standing outside but you don't hear it inside. The car is quiet and has some nice features. We have only 500 miles on the car so we will know more as time progresses.

Overall satisfied but time will tell if this vehicle stands the test of time and will stand up to the vehicles I’ve owned in the past. I wish it was offered in a hybrid. I also wished it had power folding mirrors and “Limited” and AWD badging on the back.

I really enjoy this vehicle I am just bummed the radio quit exactly one month after I purchased it. Dealership has been great to look at it. It took 3 hours for them to tell me they had to order a new radio. I am waiting for a call to tell me the radio is in. It's been about 3 weeks

High value for money

The Palisade is the best value for money in the segment. The updated styling of the 23 is fantastic. To stay competitive in the segment, it will need to introduce a more refined and efficient drivetrain in the next generation. The overall fit and finish is good, with some minor exceptions. Road noise is somewhat loud for the segment. The sound system is pretty bad. Material selections for the interior could be nicer here and there. Folding mirrors plus be nice. Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto is a must.

Hitch lighting hardness not working

Dealer staff Did not tell me about the hitch lighting hardness not in working order nor that it wasn’t available There’s still no recall to fix this issue. In the mean time I can’t haul a cargo trailer

This is my first Hundai vehicle so time will tell.

We sold our other 2 vehicles and decided to go with only one vehicle. We are both retired and thought that we would only go with one vehicle. After doing much research on other vehicles we decided to go with the Palisade Calligraphy. It seemed to check off more boxes than the other brands.

It's a great SUV!

I love just everything about this SUV. It drives like a car that would cost twice as much. The only thing that is disappointing is the acceleration. The engine hesitates sometimes when slowly accelerating, kind of sputters. It's really annoying.

Few issues, but I e easily builds up on front of car rendering sensor’s inoperable. Radio doesn’t work and rain enters cabin when window cracked

Radio doesn’t work. Rain enters cabin when raining and window cracked. The flat front design of the vehicle collects ice during sleet/snow events rendering lane assist inoperable. Other than that all is good.

Palisade Cal

Excellent services by Louis Chase of Ken Ganley Hyundai (Cleveland), very efficient and professional in his dealings. Vehicle has a lot of pros but a few cons too like rear styling, lack of a dial to navigate info system while driving as it is too cumbersome and hard to reach the info system when driving, Rear styling is a disappointment as I would expect top trims to have some unique features instead of the standard HTrac badge.

2023 Palisade (Calligraphy)

Overall this is a solid vehicle. The engine has noticeable power. Steering is comfortable and responsive. The different drive modes are fun and will change the throttle response and handling characteristics. The interior is great for families. Charging ports are literally everywhere! Seat controls in every row are powered and easy to use. Materials chosen for the interior show quality and are not cheap feeling/looking. I don't enjoy the adaptive cruise control. I don't like the car slowing down so much when approaching a car up ahead. It will force you to change lanes way too early in order to not slow down. I'm also not a fan of the wheels or the front (chrome) grille that is standard on the Calligraphy. These two items look much better on the lower trims. Still a solid car so far and I hope that the power train and interior hold up for 150k+ miles.
