Do Your Research

Purchased a 2023 XRT last July. Just traded it after 11 months for a 2023 Limited. Loved the exterior of the XRT. But, wanted more options that the Limited offered. Overall I have been very happy with my decision to purchase a Palisade!

2023 Palisade Limited

Still a fairly new vehicle so hard to rate long-term. So far no major issues just wish on The Limited I was offered the ambient lighting and wish the side mirrors were automatic. Also wish I could have had the option of a silver grill. Would have purchased the calligraphy however did not like the interior roof material wish that could have been optional. So far just small things and wish there was better placed cup holders in Middle row. Otherwise so far ,so good on the vehicle.

Great car poor knowledge on repairs

Car is wonderful and has all the safety features I was looking for. Terrible dealership experience on repairing an issue that the car shipped from the manufacture with. The repair resulted in panel gaps to the headliner and a broken panel in the third row that was just discovered during an interior detailing job.

wonderful SUV

My overall experience in buy the price of this SUV is great. I think Hyundai could have added more specs to this vehicle. The safety features to me is amazing, lot of stuff to get use to, but, handle and ride is wonderful.

Good

It’s been one year and I’m still waiting for my factory trailer hitch package! Ridiculous. I do not like the way the door locks are programmed to operate. I am very dissatisfied and surprised with the engineering flaw of no manually controlled parking brake…what course of action is there in case of brake failure? Very unsafe!!! Front grille requires too much attention to keep clean.

A true luxury vehicle. Quiet, comfortable, feature rich. My only concern is with the durability of the engine and will Hyundai stand behind any issue related to the class action law suit that I discovered after purchasing

Best looking vehicle in its class. Very safe to drive as it has cameras from all angles. Lots of features with this model. Not overly priced in today's market. interior is very roomy with plenty of seating and storage space.

2023 Palisade

Great vehicle, lots of technology and a dream to drive. This is our third Hyundai and are very pleased with their products. Automatic engine start and stop is a common feature on many new vehicles and the Palisade is no exception, I would like the option of turning this off without a reset every time you restart the vehicle.

Near to awesome

Need some minor work in the interior as well as exterior and in the engines, rest of the car is good and also performs well. Not up to the mark that I thought it would be but it's okay. I believe in Hyundai they would fix it in near future. All these issues that they are seeing in the new vehicles after a couple of months on the road

Nice car but room for improvement

I have the 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy suv but a little overpriced. It needs to get better gas mileage for the price you have to pay. There needs to be a hybrid edition for those that want to run on fuel and electric charge. The navigation system needs improvement for when you are speaking and tell it to navigate to a certain location, it NEVER has worked. Unless you input the data yourself, you aren't going to get directions.

Don't buy from massey hyundai in Hagerstown md

The vehicle itself is amazing! Love everything about it but I will NEVER buy another vehicle from massey hyundai in Hagerstown md. I have NEVER been treated so badly as I was with them! I felt like I was treated like shit!

Great SUV

Very nice spacious SUV it has very nice qualities. The safety factor are above satisfaction. I love how up to date the technology is in it. I love that there is a walkway to get to the 3rd row and you don’t have ti let the seats down to get to it.

The salesperson and dealership were great

Like my new vehicle, but the color was not what was depicted on Hyundai website.Was also dissapointed that the A/C failed when picking up the vehicle and they had to try 3 parts to fix it and we were not able to get our Palisade until a week later.

Nice looking. All wheel drive important for where we live. Limited supply of new vehicles. Not my dream car, but will do for now. Wanted the next level up. New vehicles seem very hard to find. Probably trade in a year or two.

Peeling drivers seat - 2023 palisade brand new

Side of drivers seat started peeling shortly after purchasing the vehicle brand new. Very upset with this and am not impressed that no one is willing to help with this concern and frustration. I would really appreciate someone to contact me in regards to the peeling drivers seat that started within a month of purchasing the vehicle.

Great vehicle if some issues are fixed

Great vehicle if wind noise would be fixed. Build quality is great. Excellent technology. Really provides value for your money. But at the end of the day, the wind noise issue is hard to ignore as it is loud. I love the car. I would give it a 10 if the wind noise would be fixed. Even my old 2001 ford explorer didnot have any noise. Also another thing, the car has an option for digital key using an nfc card. But there is no nfc card that has been produced for the car. Like it doesn't even make any sense at all. But the car is overall great.

Overall, we are very pleased with our Palisade.

We're in our 70s and are technically literate, but the advances in car technology was a little overwhelming, as was the 600 page instruction book. We don't put near the miles on cars that we used to, but we owed ourselves a new car. We're very satisfied.

Good family car

This car comes with a lot of features that is not in some base model luxury SUV, A roomy SUV with a great warranty and adds more room than most in its class. Would recommend buying a hitch and some side moulding which should have been part of the limited package. Overall a good buy for the growing family and easily supplants the minivan.
