I like the car don’t like the location of the wireless charging pad, pink chipping off the door handles and the front grill would be nice with them fog lamps

Alternator failed at 31K

Alternator dies at 31,000 miles with a warning in the morning of the red battery. Went to leave work and NOTHING. Had to get towed. It is 2 years old (2024) calligraphy with 31K miles. This should not have happened.

Love the car but, watch out for recall 292

Recall 292’s remedy was putting a film on the rear windows. I’m not entirely sure how that’s supposed to fix the problem. It also doesn’t give me as a parent peace of mind putting my children in the third row. Hyundai had our vehicle for 75 days while waiting for a remedy and denied our multiple attempt on a buy back/trade.

Great vehicle-service not so much

Doors unlock on their own. Front passenger door unlock button doesn’t work. Warranty not being honoured due to dash cam installed. Power for camera was in fuse box in spare space and not to door lock circuit.

It's an okay suv

The space inside the car is perfect for a larger family or for families traveling for sports. We took many long rides in the car. Unfortunately, it's not so fun to drive. Very slow when you press the gas. It also doesn't have wireless CarPlay which was a huge downside that we didn't realize until after buying it. All of the wires we bought to connect with the car kept dying too, which we wonder if it has anything to do the power in the car. Overall it's a great use of space for a car, but not the best functional car.

Ehhh

I like the way the car drives and handles. It’s comfortable. But the non existent wireless apple play is so annoying and the AC sucks. On the lowest setting on the highest fan the ac barely keeps you cool. And never gets cold

Constant Recalls and Issues-Would Recommend

We had a previous Palisade that was great but this one has been a nightmare! It all started with a recall on the engine with less than 10,000 miles and not having a part that was needed to complete the job so they took a part off of the old engine to finish the work. Then the rear shocks went out just after 20,000 miles when the vehicle is only driven around town and on the highway no off-roading. The tires went bald at 30,000 miles. They were supposed to do the alignment when the shocks went out but didn't do so further aiding in the tread wearing out faster. Then there have been numerous recalls. The vehicle when backing up on occasion when there is NOTHING behind you will slam on the breaks on its own. As if you were about to hit something that wasn't there. We loved the first Palisade but will never own another one after this.

Palisade Caligraphy. Great car for the price and features.

BEST one yet. This is my 7th Hyundai since 2022, and I love the heqds up display. Especially when you use the gps function to route you to a destination you are not sure of... You don't have to take your eyes off the highway. Super cool.

Classic and comfortable

I have owned my 24 Palisade for almost two years. It has so many wonderful features. I have the Calligraphy trim and I get on average 24-25mpg. I appreciate the safety features; however, sometimes the sensors have a mind of their own. For example, last week I was backing out of a parking space- my car thought something was there, it immediately slammed the brakes on and wouldn’t continue until I pressed “park” and “reverse” again. Maybe it was a raindrop or dew on the sensor. I do wish there was a little more cushion in the front seat, but I can’t complain because overall I love the look of my interior. I have the light beige with navy trim. It is hard to keep clean, but I still love it. (Be careful of denim or dyed pants, as my front seats have a blue tint that I have to periodically clean off). I do love the luxury and class that my Palisade offers!
