BUYER BE WARE

I love my Palisade for the comfort and room for all of my family to travel in. BUT do your research before purchasing one. My car is 13 months old and I have had at least 5 or 6 RECALLS.........some major and some not, some can be fixed easily and some not. Just know what you are buying before you purchase.

Great Vehicle/ Recall needs to be addresses by Hyundai

Waiting for a LONG time for a recall resolution. Seat belts are a pertinent issue that the issue needs to be resolved.

Ok for the money but...

Beware that the transmission selection buttons are not reliable. Always press them twice or three times to ensure the car has shifted. This is particularly important when parking or going from reverse to drive.

Could Be Better

Very disappointed to have had to replace shocks at less than 16,000 miles. I left KIA because of same rear end noise problem that they couldn’t ever fix. Also disappointed at three different recalls for various problems. And excessive noise in cabin at highway speeds. Defective gas cap that comes loose and triggers check engine light. Twice! Faulty connection to phone on an inconsistent basis. Bottom line, too many trips to service area. I’m considering trading for different, more reliable brands. I do like size, style, ride, interior, and cameras but overall disappointed and somewhat frustrated.

Two Palisade in the Garage

Previous Explorer/Edge owner, needed a replacement. Financing and price of the 2025 Palisade Base, was better than others at the time. Really enjoys the vehicle and when the zero for 60 months came out, I traded my Toyota Avalon Hybrid for a 2025 Palisade Premium edition. I couldn't be happier. I'm able to haul and tow without issues and still managing about 28mph average with my daily commute.

Must Have 3 Row SUV for Large Families

This truck has tons of features for the price, heated and cooled 1st and 2nd row; heated 3rd row; automatic everything in the interior; interior color options/materials; the exterior colors and style (do wish there was an option in the Calligraphy trim level to get blacked out grill, trim, and emblems).
