Subpar vehicle

We bought our Palisade in February. Since then, there have been 4 recalls. After taking it to the dealership and having the recalls fixed, the vehicle experienced issues. After filling it with gas, it started, but would not move. It was left at the gas station while my husband walked home. When we got back, it did start, but the service engine light remained on. These issues should not have occurred with a new vehicle. The service department at the dealership was very accommodating, and gave us a loner car. We live an hour away from the nearest Hyundai dealership. With gas prices as they are, it isn't cheap driving back and forth for service that should not have been needed, plus paying for the gas for the loaner car. This is our first experience with buying a Hyundai and did so because a friend recommended it. We definitely have buyers remorse at this point!

The Palisades calligraphy edition is positioned while within class – 2026 was more room prior – love the tech safety features styling is great besides the front-it’s growing.us. We have three Hyundai in our driveway.-wouldn’t do that if we didn’t believe in him

Decent but not Great

I love the look of the car and most of the functionality however, I dislike to facial recognition. If I just put my head back on my headrest it doesn’t see my eyes and shuts off my cruise control or gives me very annoying warnings.

Horrible riding vehicle

Beautiful SUV with lots of features. The only thing I don't like is the way it rides. I constantly feel a vibration at medium and high speeds. I took it to the dealership twice, they said it's normal for this vehicle.

Not what I thought

Not getting near the gas mileage of estimate. Has major recall issue plus I have two other recalls at the same time. Had it repaired before initial pickup and that had broken again. Wish I had wait d for the hybrid as gas seems engine a bit small for body size. Button and doors not working as when I bought it 2 months ago. Constant over the air updates and things stop working the way I purchased it. CarPlay works correctly intermittently.
