Not What I Expected

There is more legroom in the second row than the first.. If I could find seat rail extensions I would put them in. Didnt realize it during test ride

Nice car but doesn’t go far

It’s a very nice car and I’ve enjoyed it quite a bit but at the end of the day, the gas mileage on this thing is horrific. It’s not even close to what the sticker said and I would tell everybody that I’m pretty light foot actually very Lightfoot compared to most people I know and normally get better gas mileage and enjoy the people I know for the same automobile. This car does not get remotely close to what it says on the sticker . The only time it remotely gets close to it is if I’m on the interstate it gets close to the highway mileage that was reported.

Overall good car

We really like our palisade. Very comfortable and stylish. Very good ride quality. The only downside is the lack of power it is very sluggish compared to our previous 2020 palisade.

Amazingly surprised

I never really thought about purchasing a Hyundai but I’m glad I did. I love the specs, spaciousness, the soft leather, the ruggedness of my Palisade XRT.

Nice SUV

Great SUV, has the 6 cylinder engine like I wanted and has given us great gas mileage. There are a lot of bells and whistles that you have to learn but over all pretty simple to figure out.

Outstanding Value

Very luxurious interior, heated and vented front and rear seats which are also power buckets. Roomy third row seats. Loaded with tech, surround camera views, and a Bose stereo system. Too many awesome things to list. Check it out online.

Nightmare!

Purchased vehicle and took possession in April. Broke down on June 27, 2026. Still don’t have it. Hyundai North America customer care is a nightmare. Hyundai comes first, customer care is questionable.

Very underpowered

The vehicle is nice and has a lot of features, but all those features are not enough for me to consider purchasing another Pallisade in the future. The vehicle is way underpowered. Slow pedal response and frankly, a bit scary to drive when you need to enter traffic because of its slow response and being underpowered.
