Have waited for a recall fix for a very long time

We have had a recall for months about a trailer hitch fire and can't park inside garage. Dealer keeps saying they have not heard anything about it even though we see that there is a fix? Beaverton Hyundai. There have also been warnings from the turn signals not working as well as the shifter,. They seem to come and go.

Great SUV

Overall, I like the Tucson Hybrid a lot. I HATE the backup beeper. I wish the heating system was better. But I love the safety features, the cameras, etc. It is comfortable on a long drive. It seems to be well made. I have had no issues with it in the 3 years of ownership.

Great car except for Android Auto

I am very happy with the car EXCEPT for the fact that full screen Android Auto isn't supported. Would be nice if it had heads up display.

A good choice in the small SUV class

Peppy engine performance though a bit of an annoying acceleration lag. Fun to drive, good gas mileage in the gas-electric hybrid averaging 32.7 MPH over 32,000 miles with plenty of highway and city driving. I find sport mode with less power steering input and enjoyable shift points my favorite. Comfortable seating, good visibility and easy to use controls. Adaptive cruise control is much easier to engage than in many other vehicles. My trim package requires a wired connection to my iphone for Apple CarPlay and has a good built-in navigation system I often use for short trips when I choose not to plug in the phone. Very good cargo space. Only problem I've had has been an intermittent warning about the turn signal failing-maybe popped up 8 or 9 times since buying the car. Too intermittent for dealer to help at this point

It’s Fine

Bought it new and have had to go to the mechanic frequently to fix little things that weren’t working properly. Thankfully it came with a warranty but it caused me to waste a lot of time going back and forth that shouldn’t be needed with a new car. EV works good in the city as long as you keep it on Eco mode and accelerate slowly. Useless on the highway or for other drive modes. Seats and interior are comfortable. The little details about the car are the things that annoy me, but the big stuff is good. Wish they had thought through the little stuff more.

2023 tucson hybrid not worth the money

All these comments are long term repeating or constant issues. Vehicle has never even come close to advertised mileage, 1/3 less than advertised. Interior is nice. Engine struggles, sounds like it has 100k miles, not 33k. Transmission shirts erratically, sometimes reving when not needed or not charging. Vehicle bogs at stop signs, not very safe. Maps program routinely selects routes that take longer, despite setting for fastest several times. Bluetooth connection spotty. cable connection to phone will not keep connected, constantly resets. Turn signals have intermittent outages on one or the other sides. resets by itself, then a week later fails again, over and over over. No accidents. Would classify this as a real lemon.

Tell Hyundai Service and Dealer Service to get the same information

I can't tell you how many times I get an email from Hyundai telling me I have a service missed and the dealer telling me it is not true. Problem for the owner is if it is true that a service was missed then the warranty is voided.

Hydrid but gas milage does not good as expected.

Since I got the car for 2 and half years, I always get around 31-32 mpg. The spec is 37, 38. It is alot worse when I drive on the freeway when temperture is less than 50 degrees. I got only around 24-26 mpg during that time.
