Great other than Bluelink Issues

I like the car. It's stylish and I enjoy the safety features and conveniences. I wish the blue color that I got was a truer blue. It's so dark that it's hard to tell from black. I've been struggling for months to address an issue with my Bluelink which has been a long and very frustrating ordeal which has really taken the enjoyment out of my new car.

It's OK so far. Too soon to evaluate.

Thus far, the vehicle has functioned as expected. If I had the purchase to do over again, I would have gotten a Tucson with an automatic hatch. The manual one is somewhat cumbersome

The cruise control is a safety feature which is over the top for safety. If you need the car to slow you down? You shouldn't be driving.

Best car ever!

I absolutely love my Hyundai. It is beautiful, easy to maneuver and drive, has an intuitive interface and lots of great features. The staff at the dealership is amazing! Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and already talked one of my friends to buy one.

Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid

Overall I love the Hyundai Tuscan Hybrid. It is fun to drive, has great interior space, an a lot of great features. We had issues with a tire within the first 48 hours of having it and had to use the fix a flat since there is no spare that comes with the vehicle. It was messy and did not hold for long. I ended up buying the after market spare and had to modify the insert that is under the floor cover in the back. I would rather have paid to have a spare tire come with the vehicle. My only other minor issue is that the rearview mirror does not adjust to the height that is most comfortable for me as a 5'11" person with a long torso.

Hyundai is not making great cars anymore

ghost braking, loose grounds, poor and extremely hard steering that constantly makes the car wander and causes the driver alert warning to pop up every trip almost, poor heat and cool control, dual temp control does not work well, heat is either too hot, or non existant, I have to put on 76 to get any heat at all, heat drops out when stopped and only in ev mode, media system starts on a screen that no one will ever use, would be nice to have access to favorites without pushing 3 buttons to get there, speakers are poor quality, buttons on steering wheel are poor quality, rear hatch closes loud, factory nexen tires feel like you are in loose gravel all the time, transmission shudders when shifting sometimes, car shudders when engine cycles on and off, car made with many sharp edges that will cut you, flat screen panels are hard to read in light, climate control panel lights disappear in daylight, smart cruise is all over the map, car surges, sometimes tries to stop completely when a car is turning in front, drivetrain is loud with or without gas engine engaged. gas engine sounds rough, switches for drive mode always getting bumped out of settings, fuel economy claims 4mpg over actual mpg when checked at pump, no place for sunglasses, brakes often feel like they are mushy, 2 stage feel, ride is bouncy poor shock and struts, rear taillights are below bumper level on the new body hyundai tucson, backup sensor only alarms when car is already behind you, lane sensor also is not sensitive enough, no tint in front window at all, lots of glare, headlites obnoxious bright and always getting flashed at night, occasional collision warning for no reason, even after car is shut off, shifter is awkward and hard to tell what gear you are in behind steering wheel, sunvisors pop out of holder way too easy, batteries are located directly under rear seat, sometimes seems to smell hot, people dont like to ride in back due to battery right under the bottom, no spare, body panels seem to have poor gapping, very poorly designed car. not near as good as the 2021 Tucson that we traded in.

Amazing and smooth ride

+This vehicle is a wonderful addition to my list. I have been driving my father's Audi and my Tuscan is a much smoother ride. Love the hybrid function as gas prices are WAY too high lately. The bells and whistles are fun and exciting to experiment with. Most of them are great and really help with safety while driving. -The connectivity with my Android phone, maps, music, and other functions has been a huge problem. I have called the main customer service line and we have just not been able to figure out why it does not automatically connect. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get into my car and start it, I have to log out of my phone (disconnect), then reconnect before I am able to use the maps, pandora, etc. Very frustrating. Also, sure wish the sunroof would open all the way instead of only half way. It would also be nice if I could manually or with the switch, tell the cover to the sunroof to open or close and how much. It is either all the way open, or all the way shut. When I use the bluelink Hyundai to try to unlock the doors, it takes sometimes up to 4-5 min to actually unlock the door. This could be a safety problem if someone was walking up to me in the dark and I needed to get into my car quickly. The braking system, when I have the auto-lane and slowing down automatically when there is a car in front of me does not really work. It waits till we are almost hitting the car in front of me before it slows down. This also affects my driving record as it says I slam on the brakes too much. I really can not use that feature. The console where my elbow is works fine as far as location, but the extended part where the cups go really takes much of the room in front away. I am unable to lean over to the glove compartment as it is very bulky and in the way. Would have much more room if it was not so high and forward.
