Great

Love this car. It's small but perfect for my family. Never bought anything brand new. So glade I made this vehicle our choice. Love the look of this vehicle and the features are great. Still a reasonable cost as well. Was able to get everything we wanted and stay on budget.

2020 Venue

Overall great car I’ve experienced smooth driving, I love the interior and the exterior, love that it also has a sun roof. The safety feature are very useful as well! My only dislike are the rims and I wish the trunk had a button on the key to open/close it.

Great little crossover.

This is my 3rd Hyundai bc they are reliable and cost effective to maintain. This vehicle drives like a car and has great turn radius and good on gas but it has the benefit of an SUV like tailgate and fold down seats.

Great little car. Good experience with Hyundai the last 10 yrs and 5 new cars bought. Not happy with some of the service and have switched to another dealer who seems to want my business. Poor support for a lost key fob from dealer and Hyundai

A lot of Car with numerous safety features as standard equipment for 21K. Excellent fuel economy. Lots or wind and road noise however. Audio system unless top trim is terrible. If you don't want to chance a Used Vehicle, this would be an alternative choice.

This new Venue is fun to drive!! Cute and modern easy to maneuver, this mini SUV had some has some get up and go!! And it’s packed with driver assistance and safety features. Overall I’m pleased with the car but I would have liked a better monthly price a fun-ner color and a better stereo system with Sirius as an option.

interior is lacking in room and storage. the outside of the vehicle is cute but is the interior is lacking in light, space, legroom, storage. I think there is room in this car to add the items that are missing.

The Good The Bad and the Ugly.

the driver seating is not layed out verygood for tall people making accelerator hard to be comfortable to operatemaking cruise control an absolute necessity.The seat is to narrow and very hard but the tilt back is good. The engine has good speed but is realy underpowered on the hills.

Love my venue but not for everyone

The Hyundai venue is great! Car drives with ease and has loads of tech features that will help you arrive at your destination safely. Apple CarPlay integration is great. However there are things that the venue can improve one. One this is size. While I have no issue with it being a smaller person I have friends that are much bigger and don’t really enjoy the rides in my vehicle. Also, if you have a child like I the car seat takes up a lot of the back seat making it very crammed. If you are a bigger person the venue is not really made for you and if you have multiple kids to put in the back seat you may want to look at something a little larger like the Kona or Tucson. Overall the car is great.

Excellent, so far, I have owned this vehicle for 30 days now, I am enjoying it, it is all that I expected. I only wish it had more trunk space and room for my golf clubs without me letting down one of the back seats. However I didn't want anything too big either.

Fuel efficiency, it has all the technology which which helps in navigating the car such driver assistance, tire deflected, icy condition, milages left for next refuel, cruise control etc. It's really nice car to drive. Tow things are missing: heating system on steering weal and push button for moving driver seats up, down, back and forward.

This car is amazing!!! Just the right size for me and it doesn’t need to filled up every week. And has just right amount of storage space that I need when traveling or moving stuff. Exterior is cool!!

This is over all a great car my only issue is the tires I feel if they were a better brand a heavier tire and they didn't have hubcaps the car would be more secure with weight under windy conditions. I personally would love to make this happen but I can't afford new tires and rims right now!!!

Mom's Matchbox car

Cute little car, small interior. Easy to complete U-turns, parallel park in the tightest of spots & has a lot of pep when you put the pedal to the metal. I would choose something larger next vehicle.

I like this vehicle. Buying a vehicle is stressful. It is a big purchase when on a limited income. Dealerships seem more interested in a sale. More about the money and not enough about the person.

Car is Great; Dealership Service, Not So Much

I have been trying to schedule a service appointment for about a month now. When I finally got in, I was told that I would have to wait two hours. When I told them I had an appointment, I was told "everyone has an appointment". Not only that, but I had made a previous appointment based on an email received from the dealership indicating that my vehicle was due for service. When I went brought the vehicle in, I was told there was no need to service the vehicle (had not reached required mileage; purchased the car March 7, 2020). I was subsequently told to bring the car in after it's first year anniversary, which I did and which brings us to the present woeful situation. Extremely frustrated and will NOT consider Universal Hyundai going forward, nor will I recommend them.

Great vehicle!

This vehicle would be great for a city with no snow. It has a sport mode which makes getting around town fun! This car did not handle well in the snow, even in the snow mode. I do wish the denim edition came with a sun/moon roof and tinted windows.
