Great drive but lacks interior lighting

This car is one of the best I’ve purchased from Hyundai. It would get five stars from me if not for the lack of interior lights and leg room in the back seats. My job has me up before the sun or back home after it sets, I have to hunt around for the ignition blind because the only lights you get come on when the car turns on. It may cut down on money for the purchase, and wasn’t something I noticed until I needed it but the lack of it is noticeable and makes me feel unsafe sometimes. It’s my only major problem, love it otherwise and the legroom problem only crops up when I have visitors so it’s not a really big deal. Just work mentioning.

Buy this car but...

It is a great mini suv with great space for legs and head, its comfortable and easy lightweight to drive. Theres a lot of plastic in it so it can be scratched easy. It has the right amount of technology to where its not too advanced and you dont have to scroll thru too many screens etc. The denim edition is well made and looks modern. The station scrolling button sucks. It does not have an aux input.

Review 2021 Venue

The venue has been very good to this point. Just hit a 1000 miles. Had bad experience with APP and dealer. When registering on APP, it brought the wrong vehicle. Tried contacting service at Dealer, to no avail. Left voicemail twice for an advisor, also tried their chat. Worthless. Will find another dealer.

Love the Venue!

Great value, great color! I bought the Green Apple Venue. It handles very well. It is small and sporty and a great choice if you're looking for a compact SUV. I wish it had Sirius XM compatibility! I love the Hyundai brand!

Loving the vehicle overtime

There was & still an issue Im dealing with on this vehicle. It took Hyundai 4 weeks to resolve one of the issues, but im still dealing with the touchsceeen acting up at time. Overall a decent vehicle.

Great gas mileage, a little small

The Venue SEL gets great gas mileage while looking good. I was dreading the CVT, but it doesn't pretend it has gears and I actually kind of like it. The car's a little small and has some visibilty issues due to its exterior styling; something similar cars get around by being a box on wheels.

I love this Venue

Getting into my new crossover that feels like a truck that is my size while looking stylish and feeling abundantly safe. I’m excited for the snow days so that I can test the snow mode. Really good on gas, climbing hills, and overall safety features are intense and keeps you on alert about anything that may harm you while you are driving.

2021 Venue Denim edition

Was looking for an upgrade and read on Car and Driver and Edmunds about a lot of different models of vehicles. I was looking to spend at max $25,000 on a new vehicle and the Venue stood out to me for a lot of reasons. The Denim edition was the most equipped (standard and safety features) of all of them, I loved the gas mileage and of course the look. It's only been 1 month but I'm very happy with it. It does get a little sluggish on the highway when trying to pass but that was something with the reviews on Car and Driver and Edmunds so I was aware of it to begin with. Its a fun car, great for commuting and GREAT on gas mileage (I've gotten 35-41mpg with it). The look is also a bonus, and for the price its hard to beat.

Stylish and cute

Cute and fun to drive! Love the interior color and details. The Denim trim is pretty and if you just want a car to get you from point A to point B without the power of a sports car, this is a good car. I just wish it had adjustable seatbelts and more storage space.

Love it.

This car serves my needs. I would recommend this car to someone who wants to downsize and who doesn’t need all the bells and whistles. Safety features are complete. If upgrades to this car are available and you want them they can be had. My model is peppy and the turning radius is great. Ride is much smoother and quieter than I expected.

Fun to drive for around town vehicle. Great value. First time purchasing a Hyundai product possibly in future to buy another one Will look into the Genesis line but for now my other vehicle is a BMW X6.

Nice vehicle

I enjoy my new vehicle. It rides nice, the gas mileage is great, I average about 32 miles to the gallon. The only downfall is lack of legroom in the back. The seats are light and grey cloth. They stain easily, so may need seat covers. The interior design Is great and love the connectivity of phone and car. The ride is smooth, does not accurate well unless driven in sport mode. Overall a great car

My 2021 Venue

It has only been a month since I bought my Venue but so far so good! I have no complaints. It does have a little road noise but considering the price of the car, it shouldn't be a surprise. I did deactivate the brake assistance feature. The first time it engages can really shock you!

Impressed but it's too new to say

Overall it's fun to drive but I don't know if it's the right choice for road trips. I heard it was built for getting around in the city and I think that's accurate. There isn't a lot of room for cargo and leg room in the back seats. Some reviews say it's underpowered but I don't notice (if you drive anything hard it'll break more often)

Good value for small SUV

This coming from a guy who prefers sportier handling and a sportier engine, this vehicle is decent enough. Obviously not a sports car but the handling is decent. The acceleration is a little lacking but I knew that going into this purchase. I was looking for a small SUV that I could drive back-and-forth to work and on road trips. Overall the value is relatively good for the money. It’s Got style and the interior is appointed as you would expect. Overall I’m satisfied with this vehicle. It does what it needs to do and gets me to and from my destinations.

I like my Venue

the Venue seems like good little car so far. it has good pep around town, does alright on the freeway for me. I am six feet tall and it seams to be comfortable for my size. I enjoy driving my new Venue, it is easy to drive and park. it is a very nice low end economy car.

Most of the buying process was done online and I didn’t have to do much or wait long when I got to the dealership

It’s a great car it drives nice it just looks funny. It’s bad on gas though I fill up my tank once every 2 days and I only drive from work to home. To fill it up is only 34 dollars though so that’s good.

The car is great, taking a little getting used to, from a crossover and some amenities are missing

The car itself is great, I have taken it on an almost 200 mile road trip and it handled very nice and smooth, during a rain storm on top of that and it handled very nice Tire traction a little hard getting used to as well, but once I figured out what it was in the handling all was well

Fun Car

Fun car to drive and comfortable to get back and forth to work and run errands but if you’re looking to transport anything or more than 2 people comfortably, consider the next size SUV. Does have a little bit of a pick up issue going on the highway and lane assist has some accuracy issues on exit ramps
